Joshua brought them both food as Hoshi waited in the waiting room.

The atmosphere of the room was gloomy. The cold breeze should have felt calming, but it sent chills down Hoshi's soul.

Silence fell over the two boys. Joshua was zoned out for a while. Till he broke the silence again.

"So, do you know who will be doing your testimony?" Joshua asked. Looking around the room.

"Oh ya, it's some dude named Park Seon Jo. You already know that? " Hoshi said, stuffing his mouth with food.

"I heard they changed it. That's why I asked dummy, " Joshua let out a chuckle. Admiring the cuteness of the younger.

"Wait, what? Since when?" Hoshi tilted his head confused.

Adorable.

This man can never murder someone. Joshua thought.

"Since this morning." Joshua spoke again.

Their conversation was cut short as 2 men came to escort Hoshi into the room.

One last goodbye.

Now, it was all up to the team.

Joshua was no longer aloud, so he was about to leave.

Right when he was about to leave was when the man Joshua definitely wasn't expecting, aka Jeonghan was about to enter.

Maybe if Joshua wasn't so focused on the floor and jeonghan on the files in his hands. They would have noticed each other.

But too bad they didn't. Isn't it?

Hoshi heard the door open behind him. It was Mr. Park.

"I thought they changed you with -" Hoshi couldn't even finish. Mr. Park rudely interrupted him.

"Someone else will come. Now, just quietly wait here. You still aren't innocent, " Mr. Park spoke.

Hoshi just stayed silent. Denying will just bring more suspicion towards him.

It was dark inside the room. Just a table and one chair on each side. A record device and a bunch of files piled up in front of him.

'So is this my time to shine as a main character? Woah. Netflix better come interview my life after this,' Hoshi said outloud.

(10 mins later)

The door creaked open. He heard footsteps. It was just one person.

He was, for some reason, scared to look back. So he waited for the man or woman to come in front of him.

The footsteps stopped for a second. A voice spoke up. Breaking the unsettling silence.

"So how have you been, my friend?" Jeonghan's voice freezed Hoshi's movements.

"Jeo-Jeonghan?" The voice hit him like a bullet.

Everything came rushing back. The nightmares, the cries for forgiveness, the heartbreaks, the guilt.

"Yes? What are you surprised?" Jeonghan was now walking towards him again. Finally, standing in front of the still shocked Hoshi.

"You're alive? How.."
