(One week later)
Author's POV
It's been a week since Yn confessed her feelings to jungkook in Paris, now they're back in their country from the tour.
Their lives have been turned upside down since that day, specially because if someone thought jungkook was clingy to yn earlier, they should see him now, attached like a leech with her.
"And you are telling us this now?" Jungkook's mom's voice echoed in the whole house as she stared at her son sitting infront of her.
After a week since they came back, Jungkook got a call from Harward.
Since, it's already time for their graduation, he was offered an internship ,as a trainee professor of arts and literature. And by the time he'll get his degree, that's in a month, he'll already be a professor at Harvard.
"Mom we still have a week to prepare, don't we?" He replied.
"Ohh.. jungkook! When are you going to grow up huh?" Her mom sighed.
"Sorry mum..please bear with me" he said hugging his mom.
"It's alright honey. By the way have you told everyone else yet or not?" She asked patting his head in adoration.
Her question made him sigh.
He is supposed to join in a week, which means that he only have 6 days left to prepare himself. It's not like he isn't happy or he wouldn't want anyone to know. It's just that he is stressed on how should he break out this news to Yn.
It was easier when they were just bestfriends, but now that they're dating, he can't dare to tell her this. It's barely been a week since they came back and now he has to leave again. He wanted to cherish his time with her but seems like the world is always against him.
"Not yet" he replied.
"Oh don't worry dear, I'll tell your dad and Hyun but I guess Yn needs to know this aswell" she said.
Since they came back, jungkook told everything that has happened recently to his mom. He was never a guy to hide things and his mother was someone with whom he shared all his secrets since childhood. So now she was well aware that they were dating and she also knew how much this new news can affect them.
He was nodding his head to his mother's advice when they heard the sound of their front door being opened.
"Evening Mrs.Jeon! Mom made some pie, so she sent me over to deliver these" she told as she stepped in the house and held the bag of pie to his mother.
"Thanks a lot dear, I'll be right back" mrs.jeon said as she grabbed the pack and went in to keep it safe.
In the mean time, she went over and nudged jungkook in the stomach.
He glared at her but soon his eyes softened as a smile took place on his lips.
"Yn!" He sighed , still smiling as he pulled her in his arms, hugging her.
"Hello to you too Mr. Coldy" she giggled, hugging him back.
"Hey babe" he wisphered in her ears making blood rush into her cheeks as she hid her face further more into his chest.
