Stupidity- The Outsiders/ Dallas Winston

𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒘𝒐

I was a few houses away from the Curtis's house I quickly wiped my tears away cause I didn't want them asking why i was crying, and i also didn't want to make it seem like I was asking for the attention

As I opened the gate and walked up the steps of the porch I knocked  seeing Sodapop open the door with a huge smile  I know he could had already tell what had happened since his smile went into a disappointment look, and  just by looking at my face I had a tired expression and my eyes being really red
Darry yelled from the kitchen
"Who's that at the door" darry said as he was making breakfast

he had pulled me into a hug I rested my head on his shoulder "I'm just so tired"
  he pulled away from the hug wiping my tears away and putting on a slight smile "you wanna talk about it? " as he said still wiping my tears away I began nodding no "we can talk about it once I get back from work" He said I putted on a slight smile "alright get some rest pretty girl you look exhausted if you want you can change into some of Ponyboys clothes" He placed a kiss on my forehead and made his way out the door to go to work I made my way to Ponyboy and Sodapops room and placed my bag on the corner of the room

I Layed on the bed for a good 5 minutes I  than heard a knock on the door I sat up it was darry "hey kiddo I need to head to work breakfast is on the table if your hungry " I got up "Okay I'll grab some in a few minutes" I said as   muffled it on my pillow.
He stood for a second "also no smoking in the house" he added before closing the door and leaving

I took a 1 hour nap before waking up I didn't want to make a bad impression so I decided to clean the house and wash dishes and Do the laundry.
Hours went by and it was getting dark and it was just me in the house Ponyboy went to the lot with Johnny so the whole house was really quiet

I than heard laughing at the door and everyone had came inside two-bit,Darry, Sodapop,Steve, Johnny,Ponyboy, and Dallas
litterly everyone

Two-bit and Steve looked drunk they kept bumping into places and they would laugh harder each time they bumped into things I scooted down to the end of the sofa Sodapop sat next to me and two-bit And Johnny sat at the other end
And Dallas was sitting on the recliner nearest to the door

I could feel him staring at me and Sodapop talking about how our day went and laughing at some jokes every time I looked back he wouldn't look away it was like he was trying to make it obvious that he was looking and he kept tighting his jaw while playing with his skull ring it honestly creeped me out so I would just break the eye contact and just look at sodapop while we talked

Two-bit got up grabbing another beer bottle from the fridge as he made his way towards the sofa he tripped falling towards where my feet were and started laughing hysterically  i picked my feet up and placed them on Sodapop and Johnny's lap we just stared at two-bit

Two-bit looked up at me still laying on the ground "Hey gorgeous" he said "You got some of the prettiest eyes I've seen  " he got up from the ground standing infront me and at this point everyone was watching he began cupping my face "Two-bit go sit down" I said as i  started pushing his hand away "Aww come on why not" he said dragging his words "cause your drunk and I'm trying to watch the tv" I said " he made his way towards where he was sitting "come on just a quick-" "Two-bit sit your ass down man " dallas said he was cut off by everyone also telling him to shut up even dallas Johnny pulled him by his mickey mouse shirt so he can sit down after than we all just sat there in silence watching the tv
