He is like a drug..
He makes me remember someone..
Her childhood bestfriend...

Living in Bangalore, Sahana's family used to live right infront of a cricket ground. There she saw a boy around her age smiling in the crowd.

'We were young when I first saw you.
I closed my eyes and flashback starts...'

Year - 2009
Their age - 10

'I am standing there
On the balcony in the summer air...'

She was standing in the balcony. It was summer breaks and it was evening. She saw that there was a crowd on the ground infront of their home. She saw a young boy there, around her age smiling widely. Seems like they won the match as he had trophy in his hand. She looked at him with her doe eyes and he too noticed her and waved.

Just like that everyday she used to go in her balcony to take glance of that boy. He too used to notice it and smile. He once called her to meet and she did. They became great friends. She used to call him DD while he used to call her Bunny because of her Bunny teeths.

But suddenly after 2 years he stopped coming...

She looked for him everywhere and waited for him everyday hoping he would come but he never did..

He never came and she waited like idiot for him..

Flashback ends.

She loved him.. And he will always be her first love. She heard a knock and entered Devdutt. She was in her deep thoughts to even notice him.

Dev - Sahana bhaiya called you for dinner..

Sahu - uh yeah I am coming..

She said as she was startled.

Dev - you can share with me you know?

Sahu - ah nothing serious Devdutt just thinking about new dance.. let's go..

She said and they left for dinner. When they reached downstairs they saw Dhruv and Yashasvi standing there talking with Rahul. They saw Devdutt and came towards him

Dev - you both?

Yashu - ha actually we wanted to meet you

He said and hugged him and Dhruv joined. They noticed Sahana who was awkwardly standing there.

Yashu - dev tune girlfriend banayi bhi?

He asked in his usual dramatic tone and Devdutt quickly shook his head in disagreement making both Dhruv and Yashasvi disappointed as they wanted bhabhi.

Dev - guys she is KL Sahana, Rahul Bhaiya's sister.

He said and both the boys smiled at her which she mirrored. They shook hands and went to have dinners. Sahana mixed well with the trio and they too accepted her open-heartedly.

Dhruv - by the way Dev you remember Advaita Ahuja?

He asked and Dev nodded. Well she was a girl who was once his friend. But they parted away because of busy schedule. Sahana was listening to the conversation keenly while eating her food.

Dev - yeah what about her?

Yashu - she asked you out on a date you know..

Dev - so?

Dhruv - so say yes to her

Dev - no I am not interested.

Sahana was pretty happy that he doesn't care.

But why?

Coming to her room she sat on bed thinking about life. She was sure that she likes him..

Or maybe love..
