I am too caught up in others thing to write the usual 500-600 words now and days but do not give up hope because I am still working on this story and adding the anthropomorphic forms was something that I was going to do the next part of the chapter "3" anyway, so i just brought it too you earlier than originally planned.
They got the anthropomorphic forms via a serum called project A.N.T.H.R.O which only usually works when mixed with some human DNA, It worked for ripper but in the case of blue she didn't get the trace amounts of human DNA so she had to share some blood with ripper to get said DNA, They also have access to human forms via another serum called Project H.U.M.A.N.
