Chapter 20: Hard Confessions (Part 2)

After finally making her decision, Na-yeon packed all the foods and drinks that she can brang and left the storage room but inside the music room.

Once she got out, she looked concerned towards the trapped zombie then looking around towards the room before peaked to the outside, trying to make sure that there were no zombies lurking around, even if it's ahead or behind her. She would eventually find some things there and looking for something useful until someone has to slam the door shut.

It was from Gwi-nam.

Na-yeon was startled, stepping back once she heard the boy slam the door.

"What's that?," he then asked. "What are you doing?," the girl asked back. "I have to go to the rooftop but the door was locked.," Gwi-nam answered.

Looks like he wanted to got to the rooftop by means of climbing towards it, as the boy the pointed towards Na-yeon, who bravely backs away.

The hambie then looked at the bag she was holding. "Is that food?," he asked.

The girl looked a bit terrified while looking at it. "Are you hungry?," Gwi-nam asked again.

Na-yeon, however, looked somewhat brave enough to answer. "If you have zombie blood like Jin-ji....you can bite me if you can. I don't mind.," she answered, while looking down in between it.

Gwi-nam looked somewhat serious with her answer but the mention of her class vice president makes his blood boil over.

But he did have a choice. He was hungry.

Gwi-nam suddenly grabbed her and bit her in the neck but Na-yeon reacted quickly after, as she took him down with a straight-up leg sweep and quickly ran away, opened the door and quickly slammed it in front of him.

The hambie looked starlted. "Darn it! She has good reflexes.," he said. But all of that was now ignored as his focus to get to the rooptop remains.

Na-yeon soon ran away from the music room as soon as Gwi-nam bit her neck for a bit and her reflexes saved her from being severely bitten.

But she didn't know that a zombie was chasing her down in the hallway, so she ran as fast as she can. Eventually, the zombie caught her and took her down.

She tired to fight back, trying her best to avoid being bitten. She even used the bag full of snacks and drinks as her defence. Good thing she wasn't bitten yet as soon as she stood up.

But the same zombie chased her down in the hallway. Na-yeon tried to ran as fast as she can, as she even try to make him lost but unfortunately, he still catched up.

Like earlier, he manages to take her down. Like earlier, she used the bag as her sheild. But like earlier with Gwi-nam in her neck, she was eventually bitten in the right arm but not in the veins.

She screamed in pain because of it, which attracted some zombies around her but luckily, she manages to escape by entering an empty classroom. The zombies then looked away once she got inside the room.

She looked around for a bit before resting into an arm chair. Then she looked at the bitten arm, which was covered by her left hand after she manages to kick the zombie out of her before entering the room.

It was a double painful experience for her. At first, she have been bitten by Gwi-nam but thank goodness for her reflexes and then she got bitten again, which was more worse that earlier. Even thought she's thinking she's safe, at the same time, she was worried that she's going to turn soon. She had lots of things to do and she doesn't want to die due to the virus yet.
