Fever nights

(Third person's POV)

Eunji came back after giving Yoongi her contact and biding him goodnight.

Her heart felt heavy, and she felt as if she wasn't breathing since the time she came out of the room.

Chau was sitting on the couch with her knees fold,waiting for Eunji, and when Eunji appeared back and came to sit next to her, she engulfed her best friend into a soft hug by her shoulders,their heads attached from side to side. Eunji felt a bit odd at Chau's warmth.

"Doesn't matter what your dad wants for you, what you want matters and we'll get through it no matter what alright?"

"Are we like exchanging souls today?" Eunji asked with her eyes closed,feeling into the hug, chau frowned on the question that popped out of nowhere, though her eyes remained closed too, "What do you mean?"

"I mean, mostly I am the one clingy."

"Uh about that eh-"

"And I am the one defensive and protective and all that you were just now." Eunji giggled, and Chau opend her eyes narrowing towards Eunji, slowly seperating from the hug,

"Something-something Chau?" Eunji smirked and leaned in teasingly.

"There there, my Eunji is back, the mature one is gone in the pockets of Yoongi!"

Eunji chuckled and attacking Chau into another hug which Eunji immediately tried to pull away, "Ayyy nooo you had your chance!now get awayyyy! don't clingeee!"

Eunji laughed and withdrew her hands frim Chau feeling fuzzy,anyone would,after suppressing their feelings for the better good.

"The food is getting colder,"

"I think it's already ice!" Chau replied sighing and laying her head back, completely exhausted, "I was so hungry an hour ago,that guy was such a mood spoiler." Chau groaned buring her face in the couch.

"Let me just put the food in oven, and let's not ruin the day!"

"Night."

"Yeah whatever it is." Eunji trailed off in the kitchen leaving Chau in the living room, after a second Chau felt her phone buzzing,

First she thought it was her tummy groaning for food, but the rapid buzz sounds from under her knees made her smile sheepishly at herself.
