After along weekend of helping with the twins, Erron received a phone call informing him that an employee fell from the crow's nest during a down burst of wind at the rig site,

Tyler Tonmache called saying "Molers was blown from the crow's nest while hooking up pipe to bring into for extention of drill pipe being placed and it was unexpected as it was not a breeze to be had. We called for an ambulance for transport as we did not move him on the first Responder's did move him to safety. What else do we need to do we shut down the rig for now"

Erron reply was overheard by Julia saying , "that was smart thinking on your part, and I will be out to check the site and help you write your report as we contact his family as to what hospital he is at and help with all of the expenses for his care at this time. I will see you in a few."

Julia had a look of concern on her face when Erron turned to see her standing at the doorway of the study "Julia I know that look on your face and to let you know that Moler's fell from the crow's nest during a gust of wind that was not expected."

"Was he wearing his safety harness when up in there? You know that OSHA will want to know and if he wasn't then we will be fined for that as well, please tell me he was wearing the safety harness? His family needs to know as well." came Julia's response to Erron.

While looking up in the tower of the crow's nest for what did happen they found that the safety harness was in use and had broke as he was sharply sent over the rim of the nest, according to the safety generals inspection. It was a brand new safety harness specifically bought for Moler's as he had an allergy to heavy wool poly blend harnesses that offered safety. His was made of cotton-polyester-styrene blend and had been tested even in the harshest of weather in off shore drilling that was known to the industry. At a closer look at the breakage it appeared to be ripped at the seams that caused the breakage. Also noted there were at least four drill pipes that were dented by his fall showing his body print out line where he had landed on his back and not his neck and head area. On closer inspection there was a slight imprint of a hard hat that had hit the two of the pipes.

Upon the arrival to the hospital where Enrique Moler's was Medi-Evac to was very cooperative with our investigation into how he fell and what had happened prior to the fall. The Dr. taking on his care had informed us that his family will be arriving from out of state as they had left to go on vacation and he was single with no family around and was in great need for this surgery to protect his spinal column.

We informed the Dr. that Callsburg-Dakster corporation would be taking responsibility for him and his hospital care and stay with rehabilitation as of now from the time of the fall until he is rehabilitated to transfer to a new job with his abilities. Upon hearing this the Dr. moved to start surgery and correct the spinal area that needed it the most and the social worker stepped up and took our information on how we help our employees with workman compensation and after work care and retraining program. When she heard this she smiled and said she had been a child who had the opportunity to be in the program for the children who had lost a parent and earned her degree for doing the job she does now and highly recommended our base of cooperation to start.

Enrique's family arrived after the surgery was completed and heard the update on his life saving surgery that was successful, the Dr. informed them that he pulled through with lots of help from his work place that has now paid for this surgery. The family wanted to do something extra for the cooperation which required the board members to vote on and that would take at least a week to two weeks for the information to be acquired and printed and all the board members to be notified.

Erron sat down with the family members and explained that this is what our cooperation should do to help Enrique to keep his job with them and to support him during this time. That the business that we do is to supply the oil and gas companies with the products they need to fuel the cars and other businesses like the farmer's who bring in dairy and fresh vegetables and the cattle rancher's who brings in the fresh meat to market. The family finally understood what was being done for Enrique. They felt reassured that their needs with Enrique would be meet with no loss of income to him and praised the company for this idea and encouraged all of those there to continue doing the job they do.
