8 DAY FOR LOVING EACH OTHER

The next two to three months were spent on training and retraining those who wanted to learn to work on rigs safely as well as retrain those for other jobs they actually wanted work at other jobs, while these training sessions were starting to sort themselves out there were those who really wanted to learn how to avoid the same hazard as what happened and how to prevent any further issues that would cause harm to their fellow person. Erron was in charge of setting up this type of instruction with those who had survived the explosion of Rig 362 allowing them to be the ones to give instructions on how they did it and what they would have done different.

After the six months of grief time for the company, it was time for a renewal and celebration of life as Erron and Julia started planning their engagement and wedding Party. They planned to hold the ceremony there at the park in Memory of those who worked and survived the ordeal of Rig 362. their plan was to include all of the families from the rig 362 and involve those who stayed to themselves grieving and showing them they were useful by asking if they would be a part of the decorating team for this event and if they could help with the reception there and provide a potluck for them and those that attended as well. Those who have suffered a greater loss were the older women who volunteered to help with the flowers as well as the potluck luncheon to benefit them to get together and visit.

Knowing that some of the employees had some welding experience, they were asked to place the protective rail around the place where the well had caved in and possible extra benches around to allow people to sit for awhile, if possible. some of the welders decided in addition to all of the railing and benches they designed a place for the children to pretend to ride rockets, cars, and to pretend to be drillers on a very small version of the rig, giving off a sense of contentment about the job in which they did on the rig itself.

Julia's mom brought cutting of her wild rose bushes to be planted around the opening of the well site for a memorial. As she always gives a branch of roses to someone who needs it, telling them to watch how it blooms and give joy no matter the need of it or not, it give love in more ways than one.

The day arrived of the celebration arrived, Julia was getting little Ethan ready for this event as he would be with his grandparents that day, he was dressed in a small Sunday outfit for his age and his cheeks were just a rosy pink color as well to match the bouquet that Julia was to carry as Julia's dress was in a very blush pink satin with gallon lace of light pastel pink color being of mid calf length, her hair up in a bun covered with a crown of Rosetta flowers wearing pastel pink mary jane shoes that were suited for walk in the park trail to keep from tumbling on the rocky path to the site.

When Julia arrived at the park, she and her dad walked the path that was lined with pink and blue ribbons that led them to the area where Erron was awaiting their arrival, he wore a simple suit jacket with dark blue denim jean pants and work boots as he'd been out in the field earlier that morning checking wells. The families and friends of families were all invited to this ceremony as to witness the joining of the two biggest corporations and their union of love for their workers and staff to encourage everyone to participate.

Erron turned towards Julia, seeing her, as if looking at her for the first time ever which is the first time he has seen her dressed up besides in pant suits in the office. He knelt down and opened a velvet box that held a bright red Ruby color princess cut stone in the center of baguette shaped brilliantly shining diamonds that shown most gorgeous on a rose gold band asking, "Will you Marry me?"

"Yes" came the reply from Julia who placed her hand for him to place the ring on. As the ring went on the guest minister appeared and started the wedding ceremony and the I do's were said. Everyone was invited to share in the festivities of a cook out meal with cake and punch for the kids it was Koolaide drink boxes. When it was time for clean up we all pitched in for fun to see who could clean up the most area. Even the nay sayers enjoyed it especially those who survived the incident. They especially found out that they were just as much a part of this as anyone else was or is for that fact.

At the reception, several of the employees from the Dakster and Callsburg offices had already set up and started the grill for the hamburgers and the hot dogs with a buffet style of potluck that was brought to serve those who were hungry for a taste of down home cooking that was worth the service from those of rig 362 wives who volunteered there time to help with serving the food, while some tables and chairs were also setup by the men who were from rig 362. The table where the wedding cake was set up was designed with a rig on the first two top layers and office interior set in the lower part of the cake. where everyone can see and get pictures. Extra chairs and table were set as well as a make shift dance floor of wooden planks for the outdoor dancing.
