4 A HOME OF THEIR OWN

Arriving at the door of Julia's room, he could hear the soft cries of Ethan while Julia was changing his diaper and cleaning up a dirty one at that. Upon entering Erron spoke soft word to Ethan upon hearing his dad speaking to him, he stopped cyring and looked around to see where Erron was standing at, turning his head to follow the sound of Erron's voice. Julia was also mesmerized by what Erron was saying to him and then laughed saying "If that doesn't beat all, I have to have you around more so I can change and bathe little Ethan here without a fuss."

"I need to talk to you now" Erron sound exasperated with him self "I need to confess to you . I had a dna test done when Ethan was born to prove that he is my son."

"What brought all of this on? Why did you really do it for?" Julia was getting upset with the way that Erron was bringing out what he did now.

"I received the results on Ethan and I am his biological father. I want to be involved in his life now and until we grow old together sitting in our rocking chairs. You can send me to jail for this if you want, I will go willingly no complaints." Erron stated flatly knowing that is the biggest possibility for him now. "I'm truly sorry for having done this to you causing you to forgo your degree in business."

She shook her head in disbelief that he was apologizing for that night, "How could you do this to me of all people? So it was you who had caused me to have ... ohuo I can't believe it was you, why?" her eyes started tearing up as a teardrop spilled down her cheek. "I have really trusted you when we were in school, now look at us here. I really want this to work between us. I have forgiven you a long time ago when it happened. My sisters, my parents and I prayed that who ever this child belonged to would step forward and accept responsibility. It's you." as tears rolled down her cheek. Erron walked over and brushed the tears away.

"So let's put up the baby monitor and go tell the rest of our family, I love you and always have. I'm so glad that it was you, I just wish that I had thought better that those months ago and just waited for you to get home from college to really ask you properly." Erron said softly. Erron helped Julia set up the baby monitor in her room and then they went down stairs to visit with the rest of the family who had come in to visit with them and baby Ethan.

Her sisters were all at home Except for the second sister who was out with her boyfriend. The youngest was talking on the phone to her friend who lived on the other side of town. Erron's sister and brother as well as his parents were present to greet us as a new family.

"I want to make an announcement." as he turns to Julia getting down on one knee holding her hand in his "WILL YOU MARRY ME?"

Julia looking surprised nodding yes "YES Yessss I will." with that answer from Julia, everyone congratulated them on the upcoming wedding to be set.

"We need to discuss where you and I want to live, and when are we planning the wedding date if that or justice of the peace, your choice please let me know what you want to do?" Erron had asked. He explained everything to his parents as to what he had done to Julia back at the spring banquet party.

Everyone was stunned to say the least very shocked to hear that Mr. Erron AKA goody two shoes and Ms. Julia AKA Ms goody two shoes had this in store for them, as they had not even stepped out of line while in school or growing up, it happened after high school. That evening her father and mother had given a garden party to welcome the newest employees to the company, Julia had come home for spring break from college to visit her parents and seek out an internship with her dad in the Oil and Gas Industry. Then she Julia became pregnant out of wedlock and knowing that God had plans that were a lot higher than her own Julia prayed daily for strength.

Julia hadn't realized any future plans at this time, she finally begin to hear what was being said to her and she reached out to hug Erron with a dimpled smile on her face saying "Let's just have an engagement wedding combination celebration with our friend and families. As far as having a place to stay there is the old Holmes place up the road that has been for sale for quite sometime, would you want to go look at it with me, I really did like that place it's pretty on the outside, I just dream of seeing the inside someday."

Erron was having the same thought about the old Holmes place as it was just the property between both parents homes and would be equal distance for Ethan to walk when he gets older to visit either set of grandparents. He agreed quickly "I'll call the Realtor about that place and see if we can view it and make an offer for the property.
