Julia and Erron continued to stay with Shefron and Maryiane while the Homestead is being completely rebuilt and designed according to the original plan. As they both wanted to get back to work Erron returned to the oilfield working in the derecks on evening tower while Julia still took a little mor time to return to work.

Julia returned to work in the following weeks ahead, taking little Ethan with her to play in the corner of the office, where she and her sisters had all played in and was watched over even by the janitor of the building. Julia had so much work to get caught up on and papers to sign as her dad had taken the reigns back for the time she was out for maternity. Shefron was in the office and talking with Julia to get her caught up to speed for the next meeting of the board and what was expected during the meeting.

The meeting was held and some of the board members wanted to know what the latest was to entail for profit wise and what expenses it was going to cost the company, Julia reassured them that profit is a slow process to begin with and will be better in six to eight months time when it is time to review the plan that has been implemented, as She was explaining Gail the secretary, burst thru the door of the meeting and whispered in her ear "there was an explosion on rig 362 and the Families want answers"

She dismissed the meeting to urgently give an impromptu press meeting stating that there would be an investigation as to what happened and how, why it happened and those that were injured would be compensated and those that have died will be rewarded according to company policy. Which was set when she was little, she remembered dad training the older children to do odd jobs and pay them wages and kept them employed and paid for their college education if they went to college which some of them did and are now board members here and at Dakster Enterprise. Julia immediately phoned Erron to tell him That she needed to know what happened at rig 362 and how can they prevent the same thing from happening on the rest of the rigs and can we train the men who work to recognize it before it happens. Erron immediately set about to investigate with his team of drillers and floor hands to check the site for what went wrong.

OSHA appeared at the rig site awaiting for the team to arrive to go through the steps of what might have happened and how it occurred. When Erron looked at the well and what was in the hole it appeared to be a cavern full of gas and water mixed in with mud which may have been the problem to begin with and this would fault the rigs tool pusher for not being on his job and watching out for the signs of water that may have mixed with gas and mud causing the drill bit to be pushed beyond its breaking point and sparking flames that ignited the gas off the water making the rig to give way into the drilled hole making it look like it was a cavern deeper than over 2,750 foot that a cave spelunker might take as a challenge to conquer. Erron thinking the the EPA would put a big fine on this as it would cost horrendously a large sum of money in the millions possibly in the billions which he speculated that the Callsburg Industry would declare bankrupt.

After the findings, they called each family member that had the immediate person working on the Rig 362. Asking each of the families to sign in as we would need to know how to help them in the way that was necessary for their income not to cease. After the total head count of each household that was around 250 approximately to position for training or college course to pay so they can learn the trade they want and we would ask our other board members to offer them some of the assistance of applying for the needs project we have available to the families of the Rig 362 devastation.

While Erron was finishing up with the OSHA Team and filling out our cost of paper work to pay the fine for the explosion of nature and clean up of the area costing us to invite the EPA over and the Environmentalist to see what else we needed to do for the clean up of the land around and in the site area, they suggested a park for natural flow of water with warning signs of no fishing, no swimming, no camping be placed and only use for day area only and place up barriers that are see through for people to look and see the natural earth that has been uncovered after the clean up is finished totaling into the millions of dollars for the companies and that would bring into effect our newest program for recovering unused well sites and turning them into nature resources with learning what the earth layers are about.

There were several of the families that were avid gardeners who helped with the planting of trees and flowers around the area and donations from the communities around for a placard for those who had died and were disabled from this incident. Many of which were willing to be there for the opening ceremonies of the park and volunteered to be guides for the sites, this seemed to help those who had lost a loved one and those who we retrained for taking over the newest part and division of the company. It seems that some of them were reluctant to even try to help them selves and held a deep grudge against the company and tried to make problems where we came up with the solution for every thing they would throw out to cause the issues.

The final decision was to retrain the men who survived and offer compensation to the families to learn a trade at the companies expense and still provide insurance coverage for them until the obtain the training and found work to keep them within their means of comfort. The Callsburg industry was a very productive and successful business company as this was their extra help to give back to the community what the community has given to them. Many of the families have taken advantage of this retraining process and were found to have found another niche in their life that they enjoyed and became successful in their own right of life.
