Just because I wanted the school year to whizz by, it went by rather slowly. Christmas break came and went, then spring break, then the middle of May hit. Since the last day of school was the first Friday in June, everyone was preparing for finals, students and teachers alike. The seniors were able to get out a week early in preparation for graduation. Here, they had to practice the graduation ceremony since there were so many students. It would take place in a ballroom in a pretty posh building in the middle of Seoul, one that I suspected was used in K-dramas since it was so beautiful.

We would practice once in preparation for graduation, and guess who was one of the teachers to help out with the practice? Alex. He and a few other faculty members, including Professor Lee, were there to help and instruct.

"Alright, we're done for today!" Professor Lee announced. "Make it back to the school safely."

This was done on a Saturday so school wouldn't interfere. A lot of the kids had plans to walk around Seoul, have lunch, shop, be a tourist, and so on. My roommates and I planned on that, as well as Florian, Q and Dae. Minho and Yuna had been dating since Halloween, so they were coming, and Jamie said he would meet us there since he was a grade below us and wasn't graduating. He and Becca had been dating since Halloween also.

Outside the building all of us gathered, and Jamie showed up. Dae and Minho were good friends again, and he and I were as well. It was so nice being his friend. Yeah, I could admit that I missed kissing him and being all cute and romantic with him, but this felt right, us being only friends. Plus... the reason why we could be only that was strong.

I was still very much in love with Alex. More so, even, as time went on. I felt, every time we passed each other on campus or in the hallway, and we would exchange a smile that we were trying to hold in, we both were looking forward to graduation since we knew what would happen after.

What was allowed to happen.

"Let's hit the meat buffet!" Yuna hollered after we all met up and were on our way down a sidewalk. We were all planning on heading to a meat buffet restaurant.

"I'm so ready for that," Becca enthused as Jamie had an arm around her shoulders. "I'm so starving."

"You're so beautiful, too," Jamie told her, and he kissed the side of her head and she grinned.

"You two are so adorable," Yuna gushed as Min Ho was holding her hand, and Q and Florian were holding hands as well. Dae and I were the only ones without a significant other. We were fine with that. We still walked by each other, though. In the past months, we've gotten passed what happened, but... I knew that Dae still loved me. I could feel it radiating off of him. He, and all of them, knew what Alex and I were planning, though. Yes, the last time we talked was at his door, but what he said was enough. Dae never bothered me about his feelings, and I never brought them up. Plus, girls were confessing to him right and left, so he had his pick. Also, my sister had a thing for him, and when Dae saw her picture, his brows rose.

What a beautiful spring day! The sun was out, and the sky was clear. The air was a bit humid, but it wasn't too warm out. We all had t-shirts on.

The six of us continued on and made it to the meat buffet place, and we all had a grand time enjoying each other's company. Me and my roommates learned how to speak Korean pretty decently, so we were able to talk with the employees, at least at a beginner level. Once they found out that Becca and Yuna were guapo, they complimented them on their Korean. They were more impressed with me since I actually looked foreign.

"Wow, that was delicious," Yuna gushed as we left the restaurant. "Who wants ice cream at Baskin Robins?"

"Ooo, I'm down," Q said. "There's one just down the road. Have you tried their caramel chocolate swirl with blueberries? That one's to die for."
