Echoes of Betrayal

You have been on a dark road
Heading to the wrong realm
They fed you lies
And casted you under a magic spell

For you it's just about fitting in
But for them, it's all about drowning you in sin
What do they have to gain? you ask
You must be blind if you can't see
For selling your soul sets them free

I tried to warn you
That you were headed in the wrong direction
You were headed on a path that lead you to ultimate annihilation

But you cursed me , so I left you to die at your own wrath

Now you're at my door step
Crying and seeking empathy
But I have no more to give
I've given all of it to you

You have brought me to shame
And I have to wonder if I'm the one to blame
But it was you, it was you all along
So now, you must pay the price
For you fucked up so bad
It's exquisite in their eyes
