(Stella POV)

Me and the girls are waking through the bullpen and there someone in Chiefs office but the door in not closed. but with the little twins in their stroller, I unfortunately cannot stop them from barging into his office. "Girls please wait Grandpa has some on in his office." I tell them but it is to late and the girls barged in to his office. "GRANDPA!!!!" I here the girls sequel.  chief loves that they call him that and he wears that title on his sleeve.

 But like everything in my life there's got be a plot trust when we wake in I see the and the only Benny Severide. "Benny hi?" I say a little confused "Hello Stella" he says I sit down "hey girls why don't you go and color in dad's office, pleas."  I ask and they nod and head to Kelly's courters. "Does Kelly know your here" I ask, and he shacks his head the last time the two talked it was right before are wedding 5 years ago and he went on and on how this is a bad idea and how Severide men shouldn't be married and how he's just going to fuck it all up.  

"No, he does not know I'm here it was last minuet thing." He says and that's when Shay starts Screaming "I got her Stella don't worry." Boden says and I'm thankful that he's here I can hear the rigs pull in. "Thank you, Chief, um.... I'm going to go and get Kelly." I say and he nods his head and looks down and shy and smiles and all I can think 'how did I get here?' almost 10 years ago i was in a abusive relationship and now I have the most amazing husband and 4 amazing kids that I love with my hole heart. 

My little bubble pops when I see Kelly and relace that I have to tell him that his dad is here. "Hey babe where are all the monkeys" he started to call them that when we had Shay and Bently because he couldn't just say where the girls are anymore, and I find it cutie and funny at the same time. "Well, the older ones are coloring in your courters and the babies are in Chiefs office." I say, "what aren't you telling me is everyone ok?" he asks, "everyone is ok...... it's just your dad is here" i say and he starts laughing "your funny" he says, and he looks at me "oh you're not joking." he says, and I shack your head. 

"Oh Ok" he says, and we wake back to Chiefs office hand in hand and when were about to enter the bullpen he stops us "Stella I don't care what he says, and I need you to know that I love you and are little family more than anything in the world." he says " I know and you show me every day how you and that man in there are nothing alike and I love you more in than world Kelly Severide" I kiss him and we wake into Chiefs office and Benny smiles "Hi Kelly"

(Kellys Pov)

This is not what I wanted today to look like for my first shift back after the babies were born but I guess not everything can go how you want. "Hi" I say, "I'll give you guys the room and I can take the twins out to the Comens room I'm sheer everyone would like to see them" Boden says "thank you" Stella says and he shuts the door and I sit and Stella sits next to me "Dad you haven't talked to me in the last 5 years you have missed so much in my life why now." I say "I realized I fucked up and I wanted to try to be in your guy's life and was hoping to be a grandpa to your kids but i see someone has already done that" he says and i can fell my blood Boling, but Stella grabs my hand and i fell a little bit calmer.

"Ya... Boden stepped up when you didn't want to... and you know what he's done one hell of a job. Those kids and Stella are the best thing to happen to me. They don't even know who you are, and you don't know what incredible little humans they are because your scared that I'm going to fuck something up. Dad I am NOT you and I make it my mission to NEVER become you." I try to stay calm but now it's not working very well "Ya I know I scrod up, but I want to try to fix it." he says, and I don't even know what to say, "Kelly can I take to you for a minute?" stella asks.  

we step outside of the office Stella looks up at me "I know your extremally angry and frustrated with him right now but why don't we let him try to fix it why don't we go, and all have lunch on Thursday and see how it goes ok. But its 100% your disinfectant he's your dad." she says "Ok" I say. we go back inside and sit down. " Ok we will give you a second chance BUT you only get one and the kids get to pick their relationship with you if you fix it, we are not making them call you Grandpa you will have to earn that from them understood" I tell him and he nods and we nod he shakes my hand and "I'll see you Thursday guys."

All I want to do is go and hug my girls and that's what I did but first I say my favorite site is my girls siting at the squad trying to play poker ya we can thank Capp for that one and yes, they play with M&M's. "I really hope Uncle Capp is losing" I tell them "Always Daddy" Jalay says "Daddy, can you help me?" Julia asks, "Always Baby come here" she comes over to me "OOO... those ones for sheer." I tell her and Julia ends up wining, but they shear their M&M's.

I love my little family with my hole heart, and I don't know where I would be if I didn't have them.
