"Taehyun!"

The called male heard once his eyes were open, his vision blurry and everything he looks on is spinning like crazy. The voice, it was familiar but he couldn't recognize the voice neither the face and name; maybe, because that he was still exhausted despite resting for the past hours.

"Who..?" He managed to voice out, Taehyun found out his voice was hoarse and his lips were dried out until the skin of his lips are extremely visible to look on; Taehyun looks.. pathetic, he thought when he saw himself at the mirror.

The man who had long brown hair held his hand tightly with tears rolling down his face, "Thank god you're awake.." He said while he choked between his cries as his head went down. "I thought you were dead by now." The man added.

Taehyun smiled gently at him for the words he heard. However, it was weak when the line of his lips only tug up a little bit even if he tried to exactly show his smile. He chuckled before speaking, "What do you mean?" Taehyun held back a low laugh.

"You don't know me."

The unknown man quickly put his head back to properly look at Taehyun, "I'm Beomgyu, Choi Beomgyu. You're my.." He stopped. "Soulmate." Beomgyu whispered.

"Hmm.." Taehyun hummed, "Please leave the room, I want to have some time alone to think." He said politely, following an apologetic look when Beomgyu slowly stood up and left the room with more tears rolling down his face along with a mixed confusion.

"Soobin hyung!" Beomgyu yelled as he came running towards Soobin with his arms open, ready to hug him tightly to receive some comfort he badly needs.

Soobin hugged him once the younger reached him, stroking his hair gently with his hand. "Mind telling me what happened?" He said with a gentle and warm voice.

That's when Beomgyu started crying loudly, bawling Infront of Soobin for the first time in their sibling relationship. "I can't! Taehyun.. he.." Beomgyu sniffled with his mouth open to make noise coming from his loud cries, tears endlessly falling against his cheeks.

"He doesn't remember me."

Soobin's eyes widened, his mouth making a small distance but no voice was heard. He shut his lips again before hugging Beomgyu more tight, "I'm sincerely sorry for that.. but, what about you start over?" Soobin suggested.

Beomgyu's chin met Soobin's chest, his teary eyes looking at the older while his heart ached seeing this. He didn't want to see his younger brother get hurt.

"Let's go somewhere else than here, shall we?" Soobin said, pulling Beomgyu with him without using too much force as they went outside to drive to a quiet cafe which only took fifteen minutes.

They both sat on the spot they found inside the cafe along with Beomgyu's milkshake and Soobin's iced americano, there weren't much customers and that made the both of them thankful for it.

"Start over your friendship. Maybe, for it to be better this time?" Soobin started, "You see, events that cause pain can sometimes not be prevented even if you knew it would happen. It's not always our decision on whether it would happen, change or stay the same. After all, we have to deal and overcome this horrible part of life. We have to face it in reality, with firm and steady face."

"It's not that horrible, it gives lesson to life also. We have to accept sad things that you don't want to accept, I know too that it takes time and it's hard to accept and forget about it. After that, things will get normal again. It's not always the hard, horrible and bad things that comes to your life, genuine smiles, loud laughs and real happiness are also involved into your own story. Your story can be with someone elses too, share your happiness with someone special and important to you. Your happiness can't be compared to the pain you felt." Soobin smiled, "Start off again. Renew your begining, it could change your ending too. Don't worry. I'm sure he'll soon remember you." He reassured.
