[17: LIE FOR JUSTICE : TRUTH]
Sunghoon walked into his office furiously, rummaging through documents. "Sir-" "Not right now Jake." Sunghoon said, pulling out his agreements with Seungmin. "It's important." Jake said. Sunghoon sighed and slammed the folder on his desk, "What?" Jake showed Sunghoon an article about the incident:
'Park Sunghoon, current CEO of Park corp. is accused of attempted murder of his rumored girlfriend'
Sunghoon stared at the article in shock and disbelief. He wasn't mad about the fact he was accused of murder, he was upset that they had quite literally posted a gore image of Cheonsa. "Get it taken down." Sunghoon said sternly. "Don't you think you should handle this situation rather than dismissing it?" Jake asked. "I'm trying to handle it." Sunghoon groaned.
"Mr. Park! Have you seen the articles?" Yunjin asked, running into his office. "Can you guys just please leave me alone for a minute?" Sunghoon asked. Jake sighed and dragged Yunjin out.
Sunghoon sat at his office chair and buried his face in his hands. He stared at the mark on his hand and sighed. "My powers suddenly feel like a curse." He mumbled. Sunghoon walked out of his office and looked at Jake, "I'm going to go see Cheonsa and make a deal." Jake nodded and let Sunghoon walk by.

Cheonsa sighed and laid on the bed, staring at the ceiling. "Hey." Niki said softly, walking in with a bag of takeout, "I bought you some food." "Thanks." Cheonsa said softly. "How are you feeling?" Niki asked. "Not bad, not good either." Cheonsa replied. Niki nodded, "Do you know who did it?"
"Sunghoon said he saw who, but he won't tell me. I didn't catch a glimpse of them myself." Cheonsa replied. Niki sighed, "Cheonsa. Since Sunghoon has his powers back now... do you really need to be around him?" He asked. "What do you mean?" Cheonsa asked. "He's constantly putting you in danger, even though he's not trying and I don't want to lose you one day." Niki said.
"You won't lose me." Cheonsa said. "Cheonsa." Niki said. Cheonsa thought for a moment and bit her lip. "Once he finds who did it, it'll all be over." She said. "How do you know that?" Niki asked. Cheonsa went silent.
"I get that you like him and all but sometimes you have to think about what's safe not what's fun." Niki said. "Hey Cheonsa." Sunghoon smiled, walking in. Cheonsa sat up immediately, "Hey 'Sung! I thought you were busy!" She said. "Well I was but, I made time for you of course." Sunghoon replied.
"Hey man can I talk to you for a minute?" Niki asked. Sunghoon looked at him, "Sure." Niki and Sunghoon left the room and Cheonsa pouted.
—
"What's up?" Sunghoon asked. "Who did it?" Niki asked immediately. "I can't tell you kid." Sunghoon replied, walking back towards the door. Niki dragged him back, "Tell me." "I can't. It's dangerous. I don't want you involved." Sunghoon sighed. "I'm not going to do anything I just want to know." Niki said. "You're lying." Sunghoon said. "I'm not-" "I'm a demon. I know these things. Look,
I get that you care about Cheonsa but we need to think logically here. If you get involved, you can get seriously hurt and since you're Cheonsa's friends I'll feel guilty. So if I could, I would tell you. But I can't, because I know how reckless you are."
Niki sighed, "Fine." "Good kid." Sunghoon smiled, tussling his hair. "Tell Cheonsa I have to go make a deal." "I will." Niki said, going back into Cheonsas hospital room. "Where's 'Sung?" She asked immediately. "Had to go do demon things or whatever." Niki replied, grabbing Cheonsas keys.
"What do you need my keys for?" She asked. "I'm going to your apartment to pack you a bag." Niki replied. "Are you coming back?" Cheonsa asked. "Ima get Eunchae to bring it." Niki replied. "Oh alright." Cheonsa said. Niki pinched Cheonsas cheeks before leaving.
As soon as he walked out of the room, he looked at the key to Sunghoons office.
