[22: TEARS OF REGRET : TRUTH]
Cheonsa scrolled through a list of movies and sighed. "What's wrong?" Niki asked, pouring himself a drink. "This was the last movie me and my parents watched before they left." Cheonsa said. "Oh..." Niki mumbled. "But it's fine. Like I said, it doesn't matter. It just gave me deja vu." Cheonsa assured.
Niki sat next to her and slicked his hair back. "I heard you went on a date with Eunchae last week." Cheonsa smirked. Niki choked on his drink and coughed.
"Is it true?" Cheonsa asked. "It wasn't a date. We just went out for a while since I was bored." Niki replied. "Uh huh." Cheonsa said skeptically. "How did you know I hung with with 'Chae anyways?" Niki asked.
"Eunchae told Kazuha and Kazuha told me." Cheonsa said. Niki just nodded. Cheonsa looked at her phone, "We have to go to practice." She said. "I'm not going." Niki said. "Why not?" Cheonsa asked. "I know the routine." Niki said. "Are you hanging out with Eunchae?" Cheonsa teased. "Go." Niki said. Cheonsa chuckled.

Sunghoon stared at the clock with a smile on his face. "Is Cheonsa coming for practice today?" Jake asked, pouring Sunghoon some coffee. Sunghoon nodded. "Are y'all official?" Jake asked. "Technically." Sunghoon said, being cut off by his stop watch. "I forgot I had to go handle something. Can you let Cheonsa know?" He asked. Jake nodded.
As Sunghoon was walking out, Cheonsa walked in.
"Where are you going?" Cheonsa asked, tilting her head. "I have to handle some business." Sunghoon replied. "I really came to practice for you though." Cheonsa pouted. Sunghoon tussled her hair, "I'll be back soon, Jake will review your practice." He said. Cheonsa nodded.
Sunghoon kissed her forehead and then her lips before leaving. Cheonsa dropped her shoulders. "Hey Cheon', Yunjin and I are going out for lunch. You wanna come?" Jake asked. "I'm good, thanks." Cheonsa said. Jake nodded and left with Yunjin.
Cheonsa sighed and decided she would just hang out In Sunghoons office.
She went up the stairs and unlocked the door to Sunghoons office. She sat in his office chair and spun around, causing her to bump into his bookshelf.
She fell backwards into a room with thousands, If not millions of clocks.
She got up and realized it was like a library. But instead of the clocks being listed by name, it was by year. "Woah.." she mumbled. She walked down the walkway and looked at the years.
"2012... 2013... 2014..." Cheonsas words trailed off when she saw her parents names. She furrowed her eyebrows. "Han Haneul and Han Jia..." She mumbled. Her eyes widened and it felt as time had stopped. "May 12th... 2014." She thought, "my parents left.. the same day..."
Suddenly, she heard loud heals running through the building. "Ma'am! You cannot go up there!" She heard bodyguards say frantically. Cheonsa heard the footsteps get closer and she hid behind the shelf.
"Hey! Deal maker! Hello?!" A woman yelled, barging through the door. Cheonsa covered her mouth and raised a brow in confusion. "I'm here to end the deal!" The woman yelled. "It's impossible." Sunghoon said, his voice booming through the room.
"You! You're here!" She said, "look, I cannot pay my debts. I know my deal ends in 5 minutes just please let me cancel it! I don't need my mansion anymore! I'd rather be alive and poor than dead and rich!"
Sunghoon stared at her before he burst out laughing. "Is this really what you think this is? The contract states that you can't just cancel the deal unless you pay your debts early." He said. "Please! I beg of you!" The woman begged.
Sunghoon glared at her before his eyes turned red. The woman fell to the ground. "Times up." He said lowly, snapping his fingers. The woman's neck snapped and she laid on the floor. Cheonsa stared with teary eyes.
She ran down the walkway and found a staircase that let to Sunghoons apartment. She went in there and went to the stairway they led her outside.
Sunghoon stared at the body as blood dripped from his mouth. "I've got to find out why ending deals is straining me so much." He mumbled to himself, wiping his mouth.
He walked over to his bookshelf and grabbed a book. That's when he noticed his shelf was opened a bit. Just then, Jake walked in. "Oh hey man. Why didn't you walk Cheonsa out?" Jake asked. Sunghoon's eyes widened, "She's here?" He asked. "You didn't know?" Jake asked.
Sunghoon ran down the stairs and dashed outside, only to see Cheonsa standing with Niki.
"Sa-Sa-" "You're the reason my parents left! You fucking killer! I hate you." Cheonsa yelled. "Cheonsa-" "This is why I tell you to only make deals with bad people! You ruined innocent lives! You've ruined my life!" Cheonsa said, hitting his chest repeatedly.
Sunghoon stood there, motionless. He didn't know what to say or what to do.
"Cheonsa... it was 10 years ago. How was I to know they were your parents? And they made a deal with me without repaying their debts. It's the rules, Cheonsa. If I didn't end their contract, I would've died instead." Sunghoon said. "I wish you did." Cheonsa choked out. Sunghoon felt his heart stop for a minute.
Cheonsa folded her arms and ran to the car where Niki was. Niki just looked at Sunghoon for a moment, getting in the car shortly after.
Sunghoon felt weird, like his eyes were more watery than usual. It was harder to breath, his head hurt, and his vision became blurry. What was this?
Suddenly, he felt warm arms around him. "I don't know what happened. But I've never really seen you cry out of nowhere, so I'm assuming it's bad." Jake said softly, "You don't have to say anything really, just cry it out. K?"
Sunghoon hesitated before hugging Jake back, as tears of guilt and pain streamed down his face.
