You and Liam were very very close and you loved hanging out with him whenever he came home from tour.

However, today was when he was supposed to come home. But, he was in the hospital instead. You didn't know it yet, but your mom received the news.

"Mommy, when is Li coming?" You asked your mom.

Your mom sighs and pursed her lips. She didn't know how to relay the information that Liam was in the hospital. It wasn't anything too serious, just a problem with his kidney, but since you were young, she didn't know how you would react to that kind of situation.

She then got an idea.

"Y/n, baby, you know how sometimes when you don't feel so good and I or daddy take care of you?" Your mom asks.

You nod.

"Li does that too!" You say.

She smiles and chuckles. He was the sweetest with you whenever you were sick.

"Yes he does." She says.

"Is Li li okay???" You ask.

"Well, sometimes people don't feel well in other ways." She says.

"Like how?" You ask.

"Well, Li is sick, but this time it's his liver. Which is right here." She explains, pointing to where your liver is normally.

You pout.

"Will he get better?" You ask.

"He will, don't worry." Your mom said.

"Okay." You say.

"Hmmm, how about we go and visit him?" She asked.

And so...

"Li li!" You said with such enthusiasm in your voice that it made your brother smile.

"Hey love." He says. He didn't look sick to you so you were wondering why he was sick.

He spread his arms wide open and you jumped into them.

"Li li, are you okay?" You ask.

"I'm doing well sweetie, don't worry." He says.

Even though you were glad he was doing well, you still felt a twinge of worry for him.

"I love you." You said.

"Love you too, y/n. So so much."
