Chapter 18: Frank's Discharge And The Court Date

"How are you feeling, Frankie?" Gerard held his hand, stroking it softly.

"I've never been better, they're taking me off the medication, they say it's not helping me and I'm going to be discharged soon, they just needed someone to come get me. I was scared you was never going to come for me at all, in that matter" he said.

"How can I not come for you? I love you and I want to make you mine, you're everything I want, need and more. I'm back in therapy and I'm going to AA meetings, our fans are going insane because we haven't released anything new yet" Gerard chuckled. "I need to prove to the judge, jury, you, Lnyz, Mikey, Ray, Bandit and myself that I am worth it"

"You're more than worth it, Gee, you're a brilliant father, a brilliant brother, you'll make the perfect husband and you're a brilliant friend, you just go through things that not even I have first hand experience of, it's probably horrifying being inside your mind. I want to be by your side, through thick and thin, Bitty would be happy that us two could end up together"

"Frank Anthony Iero? You're being discharged, you will get a letter in the post in three weeks to tell you how much your hospital bill will be" said the doctor.

Frank got changed "bitty, time to wake up baby" she woke up for a few seconds then fell back to sleep. Frank and Gerard chuckled and the shorter male carried her to the car and placed her in gently. As Frank closed the door, Gerard grabbed his waist.

"I love you Frank, I'm sorry I wasn't there for you, I'm trying to get better" he smiled looking at the younger male. "You're gorge-" before he could finish, Gerard's phone went off "it's Mikey"

"Put it on speaker"

"BRO! FRANK! GET HERE NOW!" He screamed down the phone with excitement.

"What's going on Mike?"

"JUST GET HERE!"

The call ended. "Looks like we have a happy bunny to get home to" Gerard smiled at Frank still holding him.

"Gee, you're making me shy, besides we have Bitty in the car" they both say to see the little girl looking out the window. "We better get going" Gerard opened the door for Frank "Aww Gee, thank you" he smiled and climbed in.

"You're welcome" Gerard closed the door and walked over to his side of the car, looked at the hospital, closed his eyes and smiled.

Flashback/ Gerard's pov:

"What's up baby?...... I'll be there soon..... I love you...... bye" I ran to the hospital and went to the room where my beautiful daughter was born. "Give me two mins baby, I've gotta call someone" I kissed Lindsey on the forehead. "MIKEY! FRANK! RAY! SHE'S HERE....... MY DAUGHTER IS FINALLY HERE!"

My brother, his new boyfriend and my crush finally turned up "where's my niece?" Mikey asked and Lindsey glared at him. They never got on. I went over to grab my daughter.

"What should I call her?" I asked.

"Bandit Lee"  Frank called out. I looked at him and smiled.

"I love it! Bandit Lee Way!" I walked out a few hours later with my daughter, brother, best friend, crush and girlfriend. "Let's get home"

End of flashback/ Gerard's pov

"Daddy! Let's go!" Bandit said out of Gerard's window.

"Yeah! Let's go!" Frank laughed.

"Okay, okay" he opened his door, climbed in the car, closed the drivers door and put his seatbelt on, he started the engine and reversed out of the car park. As Gerard was driving he noticed Frank was with this thoughts and placed his hand on Frank's thigh.
