Chapter Twenty Eight

As M/n was lost in his thoughts Mitsuya and Taiju were fighting, both were mad at each other for many reasons. Taiju is mad at Mitsuya for 'brainwashing' Hakkai and now trying to take M/n. (Even if M/n is both their mate, Taiju is extremely possessive. (Just like some of the other Alphas) Mitsuya is mad at Taiju for the pain he caused Hakkai and Yuzuha, now M/n.

(M/n's pov)
I don't get it, how can I still be scared of that man? Why is it that anytime there's something that reminds me for him, I just want to destroy it? Have I gone crazy? Will what he did hunt me for the rest of my life? Will I ever be free from this fear of being used again? 

I was pulled from my thoughts when I heard a thud and saw Takashi on the ground. Inui and Kokonoi were here now, and I'm guessing Inui had hit Takashi as he had a pipe in his hands. I got up and ran over to Takashi to check on him but Taiju had pushed me over to Kokonoi.

"Hold him, I don't want him to get hurt"

"You got it boss"

"Let go of me!"

"Sorry M/n, just stop trying to interfere with this"
I tried to pull away but I couldn't as he was holding me with all his strength. I growled before headbutting him in the face, making him let go. I got in front of Taiju and glared at him.

"That's enough, Taiju!"

"Move M/n"

"No!"
I can't let this go on any longer, I took my jacket off and focused on releasing my pheromones. I can see Taiju's eyes turning red as he looked at me, but I can't show fear.

Takemichi was unaffected by M/n's pheromones as he was a Beta and with Chifuyu, Kokonoi and Inui being mated already it didn't bother them either. However Mitsuya and Hakkai were, their eyes turning red as well. Thankfully Yuzuha had passed out, even if it wouldn't affect her because she's also a Beta.

"M/n, what are you doing?"

"This isn't safe, you have three Alphas here"

"I know what I'm doing, so just shut up"
M/n looked at Taiju, who licked his lips as he stared M/n down. M/n walked towards Taiju, unaware of the other two moving closer to him. Once close to Taiju M/n placed his hand on Taiju's face and watched as he got on his knees. M/n leaned down and whispered into Taiju's ear, so quiet no one else could hear what he said. 

When Mitsuya and Hakkai got closer to M/n, they also went down on their knees and looked up at M/n. M/n stood in the middle of the three Alpha, who were releasing their pheromones as well. The smell was making the others nauseous as it was too strong. Then the sound of the door opening caught everyone's attention, it was Mikey. His eyes turned red the moment he looked at M/n. M/n looked at him and stopped releasing his pheromones and put his jacket back on.

"Everything is ok now, Mikey"

"You have a habit of being in trouble"
M/n just chuckled at what Mikey said before walking over to him and kissing his cheek.

"Merry Christmas, Mikey"

"Merry Christmas"
Everyone went back to normal and the strong smell started to disappear. Takemichi looked at M/n wondering what he told Taiju and how he'd do that.

(Takemichi's pov)
Is everything over now? Did M/n stop Taiju? But how? What was that, how did he find out about it in the first place? Is this good for the future or does it make it worse? I don't know what to think anymore, I just hope nothing bad happens.

(M/n's pov)
I was looking over at the wounds on Takashi before looking at Taiju, who looked away. I think I did the right thing, it feels right at least. I looked at Mikey and smiled before going back to patching up Takashi and Hakkai. Then I moved over to Takemichi and Chifuyu , I patched up their wounds but I could see they were confused.

"Don't overthink it Michi, just know everything will be ok"

"M/n...what did you do?"
I just smiled and finished patching him up as much as I could before walking back over to Mikey. When I stood beside him, he grabbed my hand and kissed it.

"Shall we go?"

"Of course"
We opened the door and started walking outside, until I stopped and looked back at Taiju. I could see the frustration in his eyes before he started following me. Once outside when saw Draken sitting on the steps, he had beaten the Black Dragon members Taiju had outside. 

"Oh you're done already"

"Draken, it seems you had some fun"
I chuckled and walked over to him.

"Nah, it was too easy and now they're out cold"

Everyone walked outside and saw the Black Dragon gang members out cold on the ground. While everyone cheered M/n walked over to Taiju and held his hand.

"Don't worry...I'll make things better"
He whispered for only Taiju to hear. Taiju looked down at M/n and nodded before hugging him.

"I'll do as you say, my Luna"
He whispered in M/n's ear as he held him close. Mikey looked at M/n and Taiju from the corner of his eyes.

(Mikey's pov)
I sighed and looked back at the fallen Black Dragon members, remembering what M/n said.

"You know he's dangerous so why are you going to stay with him"
I couldn't get why M/n was willing to spend a heat with a dangerous Alpha.

"Mikey, trust me. I have a plan and I need to be with him for it to work"

"What plan?"

"I noticed that after being around one of my mates or even the more pheromones I let out around you guys, the more you crave me. Like with Kazutora, then the more he breathes in the more he wants to protect and claim me. If I can get Taiju to be under the same influence then we'll have Black Dragon in our hands"

"I guess I could see how that'll work and benefit us but I don't want you hurt"

"I won't get hurt, just trust me please"

"Ok...I trust you"

Even if his plan worked, it was still too reckless but I'm not going to make the same mistake and tell him that. I'll just get stronger to protect him, I could get the others to agree as well. We'll be strong enough to make sure M/n never gets hurt by anyone or anything. As his mates, that is our job to protect our Luna.
