Chapter Forty Six

On the rooftop, Kiaski was waiting for Izana to show. The door to the roof slam opened and Izana looked at Kiaski in pure rage.

"You bastard, I'm going to kill you!!"
Izana grabbed him by the shirt collar.
"You were supposed to take out Emma! You have hurt my mate!"

"Izana-"

"Shut up! I swear if anything happens to him, I'll make sure your death is slow and painful"
Izana threw Kisaki on the ground before walking off. Izana informed Kakucho, who lectured him about how he tried to warn him. After the lecture, the two quickly headed out to the hospital.

The silence was killing them all, only sound was from the machines hooked up to M/n's body. In the room was Takemichi, Mikey and Draken. The others were on the way or out in the waiting room. 

In the hall, Emma was trying to not cry as Yuzuha was comforting her. Kokonoi was holding Inui, who was also distressed and upset. Kazutora was sitting down, but his leg was bouncing uncontrollably as he just wanted to see M/n. 

Taiju was in the chapel of the hospital, praying for M/n. Hakkai was overwhelmed as he didn't know what to do, Takashi was already in the hospital and now so is M/n. Peh was trying to be there to support the others but he couldn't hide his fears and worries too. Souya (Angry) was there as well, he had come to view M/n as a friend. He can't believe this was happening, he was worried for his brother and his friend now. 

Meanwhile, in the room. Takemichi looked at his brother laying in the hospital bed, he couldn't believe it. Nothing was making sense, he wasn't sure if he had heard Emma correct. But looking at Mikey and Draken, he could tell that they believed it.

Mikey was sitting on the edge of the bed, his hand placed on top of M/n's stomach. He didn't know what to think, well except thinking about killing Kisaki and Izana for hurting M/n. He wouldn't remove his hand, he wanted to know everything now. But with M/n unconscious and the doctors not telling him anything about M/n or the baby. He was getting ready to start yelling at the doctors for some information. 

Draken just stared down at M/n, he couldn't believe it. His eyes just glued to M/n's stomach, his mind trying to add up any clues or hints M/n might have tried to hide. But all the running to the bathroom and the picky eating made sense to him now. He can't believe he missed all the clear signs that M/n was pregnant.

After what seemed like forever, a doctor walked in. Takemichi was the only one to look her, Mikey and Draken only cared about M/n.

"Is he going to be ok?"
Takemichi asked as he just had to know if his brother was going to be ok.

"He took a pretty bad hit to the head, so it's hard to tell at the moment but I'm sure he'll be ok"

"And the baby?"
Draken's voiced chimed in, in a lower tone than normal.

"The child is ok, there was no damage down during the hit or fall. But we'll keep an eye on both of them, just to make sure"

"How far along?"
Mikey finally spoke up, but sounded so emotionless. The doctor looked at the folder in her hand.

"Looks like...almost three months"
Draken started doing the math when the doctor said that, he realized M/n was indeed pregnant before going with Izana. In a way, he felt relieved that it meant Izana wasn't the father. But now the question is, which one of them was the father?
"I'm guessing one of you is the father"

The three didn't say anything, at the moment they only care about M/n waking up. Sensing that now wasn't the time, the doctor had excused herself before leaving. Draken looked at Mikey, who was still touching M/n's stomach.

"Mikey...outside, now"
Draken said, leaving no room for a discussion. Mikey looked down at M/n before slowly getting up and following Draken. The others watched as Mikey and Draken went outside, they knew it wouldn't end well. 

The doctor was doing her report when she noticed something in M/n's records. In the file, there was a number that said to call them if they ever found M/n. So the doctor decided to call the number, the line rang for a while before a female's voice answered.

"Hello?"
The woman's voice had a very strong Russian accent. 

"Hello, this is the hospital. I saw where it was said to call this number if M/n Hanagaki was brought in"
The doctor told the woman as she looked at the chart to make sure she called the right number.

"Hanagaki? I don't know anyone with that last name"

"Oh, in the files it says he's been adopted into the hanagaki family. That might be why you don't know, but I assure you that we do have M/n in treatment here"
The doctor explained. There was a slight hum on the other line, as if the woman was thinking or realized something.

"It's a boy with e/c eyes and h/c hair, correct?"

"Yes, ma'am"

"Oh thank goodness. I can't believe you found him, thank you"

"Umm, may I ask why you had this in his files and who you might be to him?"
The doctor asked as she started to get a bad feeling from the woman.

"Oh, me? I'm his aunt, i've been looking for him ever since his parents passed away. Thank you so much for finding him"
Before the doctor could say anything else, the woman hung up the phone. The doctor was so confused but was happy to help the woman find her nephew.

Serina smirked as she hung up, she quickly got up and walked down the halls of the manor. Her heels clicked against the floor with each step until she reached the two large brown doors. She knocked and waited for someone to say come in.

"Enter"
An rough and low voice called out, Serina walked inside and looked at the old man sitting behind the desk.

"Mr. Volkov, the boy has been found"

"Boy? What boy?"
The elder man was confused as to what she was talking about.

"Victor's and Lilith's son has been found, Sir"

"That damn Omega that will ruin our family's bloodline! That bastard said the boy died in the cold!"

"Yes, sir. The boy is in Tokyo"

"I'll be damned if I have a filthy Omega carrying the Volkov family blood! I'll go and take care of it myself"
The old man stood up with a mission in mind, killing M/n.
