Their Luna

Chapter Forty Three

In the Philosophies, at an orphanage, in the dead of the night. Two people had a baby wrapped in a blanket and gently placed him in a basket.

"Victor, there has to be another way"
The woman looked at her husband.

"It's the only way, Lilith. He's safer here than with us"

"But he's our son"

"I know, that fact will never change. But it's for his safety, they'll kill him if he's with us"

"I know but...he's just a baby"

"They don't care, as long as his blood reads Omega...he's in danger. This is the only way Lilith"
Victor held his wife's hand before pulling her from the steps of the orphanage. The two quickly disappeared into the shadow of the night. 

Seven years later, M/n looked at the pendant that he had since a baby. He never understood why his parents abandoned him, he just wanted to know why. While M/n was sitting on the bench in the orphanage's backyard, a group of kids came over and started bullying him. They pushed and kicked him, they even stepped on his pendant. 

"P-please leave me alone"
M/n cried as he tried to shield himself.

"No one likes you"

"You're just a freak"

"No wonder your parents threw you away"
The kids mocked M/n, pulling his hair and kicking dirt on him.

"Hey! Leave him alone!"
A boy with a scar on his face threw a rock at one of the kids. The other kids was about to start hitting the other boy but stopped as they got hit with rocks. The bullies all ran away, once they was gone the boy walked over to M/n.

"Are you ok?"

"N-no..."
M/n mumbled as he sat up and looked at his pendant, the boy that help him picked it up.

"Oh no...they broke it, sorry"

"It's ok"
M/n grabbed it from the boy.
"It's just a necklace"

"It seems important to you though"

"I guess...it's the only thing I have of my parents"

"I'll fix it for you"

"Why?"

"It's important to you and...I know what it's like to miss your parents"

"What's your name?"

"Oh, right. I'm Kakucho"

"I'm M/n"
M/n and Kakucho had become friends that day, the two were always together. Kakucho protected from any bullies and M/n was grateful for Kakucho. Then a few months later, Izana became a part of the friend group. 

Kakucho had looked up to Izana but Izana just grew to have an obsession with M/n. Izana thought M/n was pretty and wanted to protect him. But as they got older and everyone's second genders was found out, hearing that M/n was an Omega changed something in Izana. His Alpha instincts told him that M/n was his Omega, which made him want to claim M/n.

Izana started to beat up any one who looked at M/n, he put a few in the hospital. Kakucho was confused as to why Izana was doing all this. But then his Alpha noticed M/n's scent and knew their were fated mates. Kakucho told Izana, even though he was worried Izana would lash out at him too. Izana hated that Kakucho was M/n's fated mate as well, but he realized it meant M/n would have two people to watch after him.

"Fine, we can share M/n but just make sure to keep him safe and away from anyone else"

"Yes, sir. I won't let anyone touch our mate"

Since that day the two became M/n's shields and isolated him from everyone. But one night...Izana's Alpha instincts went too far. That night...was the night that caused M/n's fear of being marked.

It was late at night and everyone was asleep. Izana had went to M/n's room, which he shared with Kakucho, and stared at him.

'Claim him, he belongs to us'
Izana's inner Alpha growled as he looked down at M/n. He gently moved M/n's hair out the way of the nape of his neck. He leaned down and went to bit M/n's neck but was caught by Kakucho. 

"Izana-san, what are you doing to M/n?"
Kakucho looked at Izana from his bed. Izana looked over at him and accidentally woke M/n. M/n looked up at Izana and moved away from him.

"Izana...?"
M/n held his blanket close to him as he looked at Izana.

"Don't worry, you'll be mine forever"
Izana went to bite down once more but got pushed away by M/n.

"What are you doing?!"
M/n looked at him in fear. 

"Just be quiet and let me mark you"
Izana grabbed M/n's shoulders and tried to bite him. M/n tried to push him away, Kakucho came over and help M/n.

"Izana-san, why are you trying to hurt M/n?"

"He's not ours until we mark him, don't you want him to be just ours?"
Kakucho looked at M/n as Izana told him why.

"I...don't want to hurt M/n, but...I don't want anyone to take him from us"
M/n looked at them in fear, he never knew what marking was but this...he didn't want to be like a caged bird. M/n threw his blanket at them to distract them before running. 

That night M/n realized he couldn't trust anyone, everyone was going to hurt him. Even when he got adopted by the Hanagaki's, he was closed off. However he grew close to Takemichi and after the incident with Mr. Hanagaki, they grew closer. 

M/n learned there were a few people he could really trust. But as he grew up and went on with his life, he made friends and even found the perfect mates. As M/n looked at the ground as he went into the building, he thought about all the people in his life now. His friends, mates and his brother...all people he was protecting by going back to this psycho. 

Walking into the room, he looked at the tan Alpha in front of him. M/n didn't show any reaction to seeing him, he wasn't going to let Izana scare him. Izana looked at M/n and smiled widely before running over and hugging him.

"My queen, you're finally back! I can't believe it's been so long, but now I have you and you're not going anywhere"
Izana said as he held M/n tightly.

"Izana, please let me go"

"Never. I'm not letting you get away again"
Izana picked M/n up and carried him to a sofa and sat down with him on his lap. Kokonoi looked at M/n and felt worried as he remembered what M/n told him in the car.

While the two was in the back of the car, M/n leaned to Kokonoi.

"Koko, can I tell you something?"
M/n whispered to Kokonoi.

"Sure, what's wrong?"

"I'm...pregnant"
Kokonoi looked at M/n in shock but before he could say anything, they had arrived
