Mikey looked into Takemichi's eye and in a glimpse he saw M/n.
(Mikey's pov)
I could see a glimpse of M/n, the day he left with tears in his eyes.
We were standing on the bridge as he said he wanted to talk about something.
"Mikey, I'm leaving"
"What?! Why? Did I do something wrong?"
"Mikey I just need to go, please understand"
I grabbed his arm.
"Please stay! I need you! I need to by my side, you can't leave me!"
"Mikey, let go you're hurting me"
"No! You can't go, you can't leave me too!"
"Mikey, stop you're hurting me!"
I watched as he started crying and I let go of his arm.
"M/n, I'm sorry I just-"
"Stay away from me!"
M/n turned away and left me there alone.
I looked at Takemichi as tears started falling from my eyes.
"Please...let me join him, pick up the gun and kill me"
I pushed the gun into his face more.
"Or I'll kill you"
Mikey sat up and held the gun at Takemichi's head but before anything could happen, Mikey was shot in the head. As Mikey's body fell to the side Takemichi looked up at the sky in shock. Naoto had came in and shot Mikey, he looked at Takemichi.
"Are you alright? Are you hit?"
"No, I'm ok"
Takemichi looked at Mikey and pulled him into his arms.
"Mikey! Mikey, come on open your eyes! Mikey, no!"
Naoto looked at the gun Mikey had and saw the safety was still on, showing Mikey was never going to kill Takemichi.
"N-Naoto Tachibana, thank you for shooting me...because Takemichi wasn't going to"
"Mikey..."
"At last, I can see him again. My life has been nothing but suffering without him"
"No, don't say that Mikey"
Mikey had tears falling from his eyes, looking at the sky.
"Don't say it's over, I can fix it"
"Takemichi"
"I can go back in time and I can change things, so please don't say it's over. I can make sure you and M/n live happily together, I can make sure he lives and has the life he wanted with you guys. So please don't say it's over, I can fix it"
"Takemichi, you're so kind...trying to comfort me in my last moments. But I'm ok...I'm going back to M/n and our child, I'll be with them. Takemichi...he always looked up to you, you...were...his hero"
Mikey's eyes lost their light as Mikey's soul left. Takemichi held him in his arms and remembered the happy times with Mikey. Naoto looked at him.
