Public Enemies

~No One's POV~

Deep in the Ghost Zone, the prisoner was running, looking back for a mere moment he saw two guards and the Warden's right hand man chasing after him. "You'll never take me alive, Cappers!" He shouts only to hear, "You're a ghost." "Well, you'll still never take me!" He yells only to have a net shot trapping the prisoner as a call was made, "That's the last one Walker, all the escaped prisoners have been rounded up."

Walker picks up the phone and replies to his right hand. "All but two, which brings us to you Wulf." He turns towards the door and the guard pulls a switch, opening the door to reveal Wulf who jumps up high away from them and opens his claws ripping a whole in the Ghost Zone about to escape. "He's tearing a hole in our dimension, he's going to escape!" One of the ghost guards yell in shock while Walker says, "No, he's not, that would be against the rules."

Walker presses a button on his wrist while then Wulf screams in agony being shocked with the collar he had on. He gets flung back and hits the ground while Walker stares down at him smirking, "That's a nifty little power you have there Wulf." The portal Wulf had made disappears while Walker continues, "The ability to claw into the real world at will, it's one of the reasons I need you, you want that collar off don't you?"

Wulf tries to get the collar off but it was no use so he glares at Walker with a growl. "I've got two more perps to catch half kids, half ghosts." He states showing a photo of (Y/N) and Danny in their prison jumpsuits, Danny was smirking with his arms crossed while (Y/N) was leaning on his shoulder crossing her arms also smirking with a wink. Wulf sniffs the picture and asks, "Vi deziri detrui?" "Destroy them ? No. I want revenge. And I need them both alive for that. And since this Danny Phantom and (Y/H/N) set my prisoners free, I wanna turn their world into the prison they escaped." Walker explains while he walks away a bit from Wulf with his back turned to him.

He then turns back to Wulf and continues, "Take my crew. Cause as much havoc as you can and sniff these kids out for me. And you'll be free of me forever. Do we have a deal?" Walker stares up at Wulf who then smirks with a growl.

Within mere moments the town was filled with the ghostly guards, causing havoc as people ran, screaming. They destroy what they can find while everyone in town screams and Sam, Tucker, Danny, and (Y/N) all see with wide eyes. "Oh man, I've never seen this many ghosts attacking at once!" Sam exclaimed while Danny mutters, "We're gonna need a bigger thermos." He pulls out the thermos when (Y/N's) eyes widened and she pushes Danny out of the way and she gets body-slammed by a guard instead of Danny.

"And a paramedic," Tucker said as him, Danny, and Sam  looked in the direction where the guard and (Y/N) flew with wide eyes.

~(Y/N's) POV~

"This was the scene in Amity Park last night. As ghosts, that's right ghosts! Cost hundreds of thousands in damage. I'm Shelly Mocomotto and this is ghost watch, day 2!" The reporter says before the screen is shut off and the Mayor begins to say, "Now, I know you kids are scared because ghosts are scary, scary things." Everyone just stares at him, "But I came to your school, not because this is a great photo opportunity..." The Mayor says only to trail off when he turns and smiles for the cameras that were taking pictures of him.

He then turns back to everyone and continues, "But because you children are our future... Voters." He laughs at his joke while going back to smile for the cameras that were taking pictures of him again. Tucker, Sam, Danny, and I just sit there listening to him like all the other students. "And now, I'd like to turn this over to Principal Ishiyama, who is here to inform you of some exciting rules and restrictions" the Mayor explains while then Principal Ishiyama steps on the stage beside him.
