Chapter 8I growl in total annoyance as I here the extremely loud chime of my clock, like a drill. I flop of of bed like a dead fish and reach awkwardly for the button. The covers pooling around my waist.
I drag my pathetic body from the covers only to find a note on my side table.
Out for the day with Madison be home tonight or maybe tomorrow, figure out something to eat - Dad
Great, just wonderful. I get to go to school, I am left along in this prison and they probably at the mall or fricking flying to Hawaii. For Christ sake why do I care.
My feet tap against the floor with an oddly annoying ring, the sink dirty and covered in different random girl stuff. I just easily swipe to the right and it all falls to the floor. It clatters to the floor loudly but I can't seem to look down at the mess. My hair like a wild animal.
The blinking numbers scream with large red seven. Sadly my horrible day doesn't end there because school is literally just around the corner.
I growl in annoyance as the pants I originally was thinking of wearing some how created a massive rip right down the middle, fabulous. Hopping around like a frog on one leg for ten minutes I finally shimmy myself into a pair of jeans that I didn't even know I owned. I paired it with a large baggy sweatshirt.
The house eerie quiet as I peel the door open. I stifle a yawn as I drag my backpack behind me. An apple and a coke goes into my bag as I slide out if the house with a five dollar bill.
The strong wind hits me in the face with an icy gust. I groan as I remember I have forgotten my car keys in the house. Crunching through the ice I swing the door back open with a loud annoyed sigh as sprint to my room. My keys nowhere in sight as I push my bedroom door wide open. I left them on my dresser for a fact.
My room like a war zone, I push and shove different objects around to try to find my babies keys. I growl as I find one of my shirts with a massive rip down the center, dammit Madison. I toss it carelessly to the side as dig through my pairs of cloths only to come out empty handed.
Lifting a shirt I find a crushed gum wrapper, Madison! That stupid bitch; my feet pound against the wood of the stairs. The upstairs completely foreign to me as the wood creaks under my boots.
Madison door is locked. I jiggle the knob a few times to still come out with the same result, it's locked. If I was Madison where would I hide a key.
"Probably in a design boat..." I mimic her voice as I hit my head against the wall a few times. ".... Or in a Coach purse." Her high girly voice comes from my lips and I resit the urge to gag. I run my finger the top of her door but than realize she probably wouldn't be able to reach up here. I am so going to be late.
I sprint into her bathroom and throw open her medicine cabinet and sitting right in the middle is pair of keys but not the one to my car but to her room. Her room smelling like expensive perfume as I unlock the door.
Madison's bedroom obviously cleaned by my mom as I step into a spotless room. The floorboards squeak as I slowly walk inside. I stop, confusion fills my thoughts as I see my keys in the open with two of my shirts tucked under. Okay. Kind of sketchy.
I swipe my keys and the two colored shirts, locking the door I sprint down the stairs. My phone flashes, I curse at the numbers before pulling open the front door with two shirts and car keys with my phone tucked in my pocket.
My blue bug sits nicely as I swing open the door and slide in, the snow still falling from the gloomy sky. I scowl at the window before plunging the key into ignition. With a rawr the car rumbles to life, I slam my foot onto the pedal, with a jolt the car rolls forward and off to school I go.
