A day before the employee's night...

HR Head: "Peachy, I need to have a word with you before the employee night."

Peachy: "Of course, what's the matter?"

HR Head: "I just wanted to reiterate the importance of securing AJ's attendance at the event. His presence is critical for maintaining team morale and cohesion."

Peachy: "I understand, and I've already spoken to Sir AJ about it. He's aware of the significance of his attendance."

HR Head: "Good, but I can't stress enough how crucial it is. Your performance ratings could be affected if he doesn't show up."

Peachy: "I'll do everything I can to ensure he attends. You can count on me."

HR Head: "I'm counting on you, Peachy. The success of the event depends on it."

Peachy: "Don't worry, I won't let you down."

AJ: chuckles "Well, Peachy, my wife, when you put it that way, how can I refuse? I wouldn't want to be the reason for any negative impact on your ratings."

Peachy: smiles "I'm glad you see it that way, AJ. Your support means a lot to me."

AJ: "Of course, anything for you, Peachy. Besides, who could resist a night of fun and celebration with the team?"

Peachy: playfully nudges him " It's going to be a great opportunity to bond with everyone."

AJ: grins "Alright, you've convinced me. I'll do my best to make sure I'm there."

Peachy: relieved "Thank you, AJ. I knew I could count on you."
