Part 5: Can you Train me?

RWBY Dorm.

Ruby is sitting in her top bunk with Weiss sleeping below her.

Ruby: (Mr. Bardock is really strong. What kind of training did he do to get where he is? How much milk Did he drink?!)

Ruby looks to her teammates who are all asleep seeing as it is early in the morning. Except for Blake who is reading a book.

Ruby "sneaks" outside the dorm.

Blake just sighs and rolls her eyes.

Bardock wakes up next to Fasha and smiles.

Bardock: Well this is one way to start the morning.

Bardock gets up and gets dressed.

As he leaves his room he feels something bounce off him.

Bardock: What?

Bardock looks to see Summer's daughter rubbing her head.

Ruby: Owww. . . .

Bardock: You good kid?

Ruby looks up to the Saiyan with a mixture of awe and nervousness.

Ruby: Sorry sorry! I wanted to train with you! But you got to be busy so I'll just-

Ruby turns to go when Bardock grabs her arm.

Bardock: Hold on little Rose, you want to train with me? I may be a little much for your level.

Ruby pouts at the name and being called weak.

Ruby: Hey! I happen to be pretty good for a huntress in training!

Bardock smirks.

Bardock: Still if you want to train with me, it won't be easy.

Ruby has a determined look on her face.

Ruby: I'm sure!

Bardock looked at Ruby, in a way both her and her mom reminded him of the innocence of Gine.

Bardock: Okay, but first things first. I want to see what you can do. How much free time you got?

Ruby: Oh, after classes I'll be free.

Bardock pulls out his scroll and types in it.

Bardock: Well in that case meet me at this location. I'll train you.

Ruby has a wide smile on her face.

Ruby: Thanks Bardock!

Ruby blasts off with her Rose petals and Bardock smiles.
