Saturday 8:00 AM

The next morning, you wake up feeling slightly refreshed after finally getting some sleep. You're still feeling emotionally exhausted, but your body feels a lot better.

You quickly get out of bed and go to the bathroom. You wash your face with some cold water to help wake you up, and the cold water manages to provide some relief from all the stress and panic you felt the day before.

It's still early enough in the morning, so you have some time to get ready and prepare for the day. It was finally the weekend, so you had no school.

You walk back into your bedroom.
Instantly feeling unmotivated to do anything today as you're reminded of what happened yesterday.

Your bedroom now holds memories of Lee when he stayed over, before it happened. And it made you think about him.

You fall into your bed and let out a sigh.

Even your bedsheets still smell like Lee.

All you can think about is him, you can't get your mind off of him.

The memories of yesterday fill your mind, and they are still so vivid that it feels like it just happened.

You can't help but wonder about what Lee is up to right now, how he is dealing with what happened.

You shift and turn in your bed trying to find a comfortable position until you notice something at your window.

You get out of your bed and walk towards your window, opening the window doors to find a red rose sitting on the window sill.

You grab the rose before shutting your window again and walk back to your bed.

The rose was most likely left there from Lee as a sorry for what had happened, since he knew he couldn't talk to you yet.

You couldn't help but smile slightly. You loved roses. How did he know?

Suddenly you get a notification from your phone, you look over to your bedside table and pick up your phone to see a message from your friend, Jade. The one that sits next to you in forensics class.

You were slightly confused as you weren't exactly close with her, you talked a few times during classes.

You open your phone and decide to text her back.

Jade: Hiii!! My friend is throwing a party and she wants me to invite as many people as I can. It's her 18th and she wants a lot of people there to celebrate and have a great time, you're welcome to come along if you would like, The address is ****** **** ***** and it starts at 12 and ends at 5:)

You're still a bit in shock from what happened last night, but you thought maybe a party wouldn't hurt. You've always liked parties and perhaps maybe it would take your mind off of things.

You: Seems fun! Yeah I'll come. Thx for the invite :)

Most parties with people from your school were all the same. Everyone always showed up in dresses. Glitz and Glamour was the favorite theme for everyone. Almost every girl showed up in a sparkly dress, it was a thing around your area.

Luckily you had quite a few dresses from all the parties you've been to. You didn't feel like going out to buy a new one anyways.

You get up out of your bed and walk over to your closet searching through your dress section.
