Chapter 09

"So… did you find anything?" Alec asked Izzy, when they both stepped on the lift .. 

"actually no.. I couldn't  find anything in that liquor… I tested like 3 times but nothing was there… "she said but Alec frowned on hearing that.. Because he was sure he smelled something weird and familiar about that… 

On seeing Alec's absorbed face Izzy continued… 

Izzy : but!!! (she looked at alec when the lift opened on the ground floor)I asked help from the laboratory to find if any trace amounts of substances were there… Simon's sister works there. I got help from her.. If we can't find that in a normal lab test then we could definitely find that in an advanced one.. We will get to know the results in an hour or two… (Alec chuckled on hearing that, Izzy smiled and in return ) what?? I know if you sense something there will definitely be something out there, I trust your gut more than you do … after all.. I can't risk my brother's life… (she said wiggling her brows and  hugged alec on her side who smiled and hugged her tight in return) 

Alec : I love you!! (he said rubbing her back) 

Izzy :likewise.and You can't compete with me! (she giggled and looked at the bar counter) hmmm.. Looks like he is having fun!! (she said looking at Magnus who was pouring the drinks one after another like a machine  and shouting at the teens to slow down.. 

"If you all keep on yelling at me… Like" one more!! " " one more!! ".." one more!! "Then I am gonna drop everything on the floor and jump out from this bar and run away from this club" Magnus was yelling back in a serious way which made everyone laugh at his words … 

Magnus : ahaan I am serious!! (he said just to make them laugh again) 

Alec sighed on looking at magnus… he licked his lips slowly on seeing him talking non stop … 

Alec : can't he just behave?! (he chuckled still looking at Magnus ) he couldn't shut his mouth for a minute in a row.. 

Izzy : You like that attitude don't you?? (she asked while  pulling herself away from Alec's hug and looked at alec who's smiling face turns grumpy) you really don't trust him?? 

Alec : I do izzy.. That's the problem.. (he said thoughtfully) 

Izzy : if something or someone makes you happy, don't let go of them… (she said squeezing alec's shoulder) 

Alec inhaled sharply and replied…"it doesn't matter anymore… According to him, he was working here before  because of my threatening and now he is here to prove himself, nothing more…His Presence nothing to do with me" he said and walked into the crowd ignoring magnus…. 

Izzy : I don't think so (she turned around and took a quick look at Magnus who noticed Izzy and Alec walking  close to the stage where Elenore performed her pole dance..) 

Magnus saw Alec was totally ignoring him.. He missed that little gaze he shared every time he came to the club from the lift .. He knew his own words made Alec a total stranger.. He shouldn't have talked like that the other day.. He swallowed hard. On seeing Alec sitting on his couch crossing his legs, he was drinking while watching the dance,.. And Elenore is not the only person who is dancing on the floor.. There is also a teen around 19, who might be gay was dancing flawlessly next to Elenore. He was high and Alec's gaze was fixed on him.. Magnus is not jealous, is he?? 

That boy who is dancing on the pole Walks slowly and seductively to Alec, still dancing and fixing his gaze on Alec Who smiled on looking at him ... .that boy's eyes were filled with lust because alec is just fine on his elegance and look… alec smirked and  opened his legs which were crossed a minute ago.. The boy moves seductively in front of Alec and turns around to show his booty shake.. Alec took a paper of currency and slid it in that boy's pants pocket.. Everyone laughed at that and enjoyed the dance.. Except Magnus who is constantly seeking someone's attention nowadays…
