Chapter 03

"Come on, you could help us.. You came out from that car in one piece" Luke requested him one last time.. 

Magnus : I am really sorry.. I can't risk my life or  my sister's life just for your promotion sir … that mafia gang leader let me go because I saved his life a few minutes ago.. So it's nothing to do with me personally , he had mercy on me that's all and if I cross in his line again I am sure he will definitely blast my head because he was keeping the gun like this all the time "(he imitated the way alec pointed his gun on Magnus's head for all this time) 

Luke : Look Mister , I am not doing it for my promotion , I am doing it for Alec's own good.. I just want to stop one of the Gangs to avoid this public nuisance.. (he said politely) 

"That's so nice of you but I am not gonna betray or backstab anyone even if it's for my own good.." he said and shook his head as no and walked towards the hospital where he was working ..

Luke :What about all this firing and gunshots in public ?What about this  innocents life ? (he asked bit sternly) 

Magnus : It's your headache, not mine.. I have a family to take care of (he said and Luke frowned on hearing that )what?? . I said I have a sister to take care of….So do not drag me into any of this mess.. (he said and walked inside) 

Luke breathed out frustratedly in return… 

Later that evening.. 

" let's go… We Are getting late!!" Magnus said and gestured to Madzie to climb on the back seat of his bike.. It's the only vehicle he could buy, well to be honest it's the only vehicle he could offer .. 

"It's not me.. You're the one who came late to pick me up" she said, rolling her eyes while hugging Magnus by his waist from behind .. 

Magnus : That's a long story… I have to tell you this!! (on the way he started to say everything that happened back in the hospital pharmacy this evening… Madzie was seriously listening to him while sitting on the back of his bike throughout the ride ) 

After 10 mins of riding, he stopped right in front of the hospital where he was working… 

Madzie : the story was good… you better publish it.. (she said sarcastically… magnus looked at her in disbelief) 

Magnus : what?? didn't you believe me?? (he asked shockingly) 

Madzie : Come on brother.. Say the truth… You saw a hot chic on the way and you stopped your bike right there.. you just started to flirt with her and she bailed on you because you are bad at it and you look at your wrist watch - oopsi time to pick up my little sister while annoyingly rolling eyes…and you rushed to my school (she said in full stretch with a teasing smile) now tell me.. Am I wrong?(she asked with a little giggle she is just 7 and she know magnus enough) 

Magnus : That was an insult to me !! (he said while dramatically shaking his head and  closing his eyes tight for which madzie hit him playfully and walked after him to the cardiologist room…) okay sweet pea stay here, I will check on Dr. Murray .. 

Madzie nodded her head with a gentle smile and looked at the way Magnus left.. 

After a few minutes Magnus came out and  waited outside the room because Madzie was being taken for her regular check up..  

After a few minutes Dr. Murray called for magnus.. Magnus asks madzie to wait outside the room, saying that he needs to talk with her doctor..

 "don't go anywhere alone.. Wait here until I come back" he said to madzie and kissed her template.. Madzie smiled and nodded in return.. Magnus walked inside the room hesitant… BeCause he knows about madzie's heart problem… Dr.Murray already talked about madzie's surgery to him..
