Right now I am in car and wating for shanaya as she forgot to take her bottle and I am really surprised to know she got selected like our club standards are to high I know has good physique as she really does so well during punishment but thing that shook me is she is selected in age group of 9 to 10 I mean double her age I must not take her lightly but I don't know from where she got know about YMTA but she is looking forward to it is does she want to join it but I don't know if she will be selected yay to get selected you have to pass a tought written as well as physical but I am not concerned about it I think it will be difficult for her to join because of her age if this would not problem I am sure she will get selected
Finally shanaya came and we were about to go but then she
Shanaya: "Uncle wait for 5 more minutes nanu is coming"

Finally nanu came we both wished him shann being continue talking isn't she getting tired ufff and then she started asking me questions like how is coach is he strict and all and I answer her questions and then he bombarded nanu with questions like how was he as a cadet wait how did she know probably coach would have told he and we finally reached and looked at watch and I literally jumped out of car one it stop started running towards gym ooh god I am getting late I just have 5 min shit I am already dead today I don't want to piss coach more from peripheral vision I saw shanaya shock and nanu laughing obvio he knows that he must be so proud of how his ex cadet is bring the shit out of me but I went to my locker hopefully I came in boxing clothes only today and run towards coach to report I was running like my life depends on it and fact is it does depend on it

Coach k (kevin) : "Good afternoon just on time I thought I have to teach you basic gym rules again " taunt that was for sure"go and do stretching ......ohh wait I forgot you are not allowed to do any stretching for next two days so start with your workout"
Harris: I am 1000% sure he didn't forget he just love to tease us and make us feel more guilty like his punishments were not enough "yes sir"
And I went to do my workout we get out daily workout planner and I'm doing my workout according to it but I am so sure from tomorrow this planner is going to be much more hard as my dear nanu will surely tell him how I performed during punishment workout but to be honest I was lazy that time and I thought doing at shanaya pace can save my little energy as but that girl she was doing her workout so fast bro so instead of saving I have to waste more energy and in future I am going to waste more
Then I saw that coach was talking to shanaya and after few minutes she went to do stretching and coach was talking to nanu and this guy my coach is no more a cadet but his posture is just like he is still a cadet and standing in front of his senior he is in all attention
