Shanaya: "sorry sir wont be repeated again" embarrassed

Coach Kevin: "Don't worry I will make sure that and you alisha do you want to join them"

Alisha: "No sir sorry won't be repeated"

Coach Kevin: "it would be better for you now no long breaks for you and if I find you talking to anyone in between your training you will be joining them"

Alisha: "but sir it is my break time" pleading

Coach Kevin: "ooh really so my watch must be broken because it clearly shows that your break was over 5 mins ago " raised eyebrow

Alisha: "s...sorry sir won't be repeated"

Coach Kevin : "First of all you know what you have to do when you feel sorry and you also know what you have to do when you say that word so start "

Alisha: "Yes sir" she did 15 knuckle  pushups as sorry and 4 min handstand  for saying sorry teo times

Shanaya:in mind "what the hell so from days what I was seeing was not training but the way to say sorry to him but I have said sorry so many times and he didn't  said any thing shitts now I am not feeling good something is coming to me for sure"

Coach Kevin: "hmm now go and grab 2 kg for both of you ankle and 1kgs for wrist and you will not remove it without my permission"

Alisha: "Yes sir" and she went away

Kevin (Coach) POV

Coach Kevin: "Now lets come to you guys shall we" smirk

Everyone: "yes sir"

Coach Kevin: "okay so you all will do workouts on my count and  you will do together you will not stop until last person complete the set you will continue doing it even if you have completed is that clear"

Everyone: "yes sir"

Coach Kevin: "okay lets begin from basic workout
3 set 30 crunches"

All started doing and all did it without  any problem

"3 set 30 Russian twist"

"3 set 30 cross sit up crunches"

"3 set 30 crunch frog"

"3 set 30 cruch chop"

Now few of them started getting  little slow
