"Yes?" I said while holding my phone to my ear.

"Where the heck are you?" Saad ni Hazel.

The heck is wrong with this girl? Lagi nalang, like she is everywhere. In my phone, sa paligid ko. The hell!

"I'm on my way?" I replied habang nag lalakad papalabas ng Ateneo Campus.

"Bakit ka nariyan?" Tanong neto

"Why did you call me? Is there a problem?" I said and sumakay na ako sa jeep.

"No uh-"

When she was about the say something, i ended the call.

There no point talking to her! Only school problems and lessons lang ang pinapalampas ko tuwing kinakausap niya ako.

Pero my personal life? Nah, she's not my girlfriend to let her know everything about me.

"Manong para" Someone said, kaya napababa narin ako dahil student din pala siya sa DLSU.

I marched down on the road through the gate of my university, only to see Hazel Santiago waiting for me.

Hays! Kailan ba magsa-sawa itong babaeng 'to?

"There you are!" Pagbati niya sa akin at yinakap ako neto.

"Why are you here? And can you get off me!" Inis kong saad

Napaatras ito at sabing,

"Hmm, can't you see? Hinihintay kita!" She replied

"Well, hindi ko naman inutos na hintayin mo ako Hazel!" I said

"Well well well, only if you see my feelings towards you, you will understand Nathan!" She shot back

Huh? All this time...
She likes me? The fuck? How did i not feel her love towards me?

"Lets go" Tanging saad ko at sumunod nalang ito sa akin.

Tahimik kaming umakyat sa hagdan, ng marating namin ang classroom ay naupo nalang ako ng tahimik kahit katabi ko ito.

There is no way i am also falling for her, since i like- oh no no, since i love Lumina Ly Reyes, my Brilliant Bright Light.

"Goodmorning students" Our professor stated.

"Well we are going to have a surprise quiz, since Hazel requested it yesterday."

Napatingin kaming lahat kay Hazel, how could she betray us like that?
I mean requesting a surprise quiz with only YOU, are the only one who's prepared for that quiz?
What do you call that then? Isn't betrayal?

"Pinapahamak mo ba kami ha?" Saad ng isa kong kaklase

"What do you mean? Trouble? No way! So you guys don't have stock knowlegde?" Sumbat naman ni Hazel

How can she be- fuck she is so cruel.

"Hindi naman sa ganon Hazel, sa amin lang is we have a lot of report pending these days, how can we remember and carry the stress during a surprise quiz requested by a bitch?"
Sambit ni Anika.

Si Anika ay isa rin sa mga salutatorian, since i'm the valedictorian.

She is my rival when it comes to academics, but since 9th grade, naging mag kaibigan na kami. But she was absent these days, kaya nagulat ako ng pumasok na siya.

"True!" Sigaw ng isa kong kaklase

"Tsk" Galit na galit na ang mukha ni Hazel, since hindi siya nanalo.
