My day just fell into the right hands!

I took a break from the green on the land.

I remember I was her only man; I didn't know she had those other plans.

She's human! Born with all the sins of man.

She lost it! She lost all the love we had.

No, she tossed it, threw away all dreams we had!

Who would you fly to? I don't want to be last or never.

This is not a movie; I can't skip this endeavor.

She is a beauty queen, Double D's and soft skin. You were special.

How can I adore? Found you many times, but you're lost, can't find me.

She flew from another land, down south where the love was true.

Shook my head, but now I nod yes. Sat alone, feeling blue.

     That's not my baby anymore.

"Excuse me." Upon walking into my dorm hallway everyone gives me a strange look. Paying them no attention I continued to text Amara. Traveling this path, a corrupted atmosphere surrounds me. I feel centered by attention I didn't intend on attracting.

Jace informs me he finished the song after we finished recording. He said I did good on a lot of first takes. That process felt long and extra, but the more Jace added to the song the more it felt like an actual song.

     A-1 producer!

Jace isn't just good with mixing, his creative process helped flow with my sound. Amara added vocals to blend with the instrumental. Twenty minutes into the recording Amara wanted to put more lyrics and vocals into the track.

Amara's lyrics personify wind into explaining glimpses of an abusive relationship with drugs. The wind witnesses someone spiraling into a harsh melody. Finally, she ends her verse with that harsh melody. Her voice trembled euphorically. The pitch she was reaching blended gorgeously into the distorted instrumental.

Our song was good, but Amara's musical experience outshines my verse. My sound feels like the blueprint Amara's been looking for, she knew exactly how to match me!

Amara didn't sound like a shy breeze waiting to tell its story. She's a raging tornado, embarrassed and outraged, she reflects on a psychedelic experience to avoid pain and heartbreak. The girl's addiction in the song is helping her stay happy. However, her house prevents the wind from giving fresh air. Air that'll help her breathe out all the smoke in her lungs.

Deep down she wants to escape the house and go outside but is scared and comforted by the drugs.

Her cadence leaves me stuck; how does she sound so good!?

Listening to this verse grabs my attention, I feel the addiction she's portraying.

     This is real!!

No matter when her verse ends, her chorus adds a hint of attraction. This song makes me feel high!

Making music with her was amazing!

Since Amara's the most sober person I've encountered, her singing about addiction and drugs ruined the authenticity for me. Nonetheless, the song sounded good.

     THUD!!

     "My b- "

Bumping into this guy knocked my phone out my hand. The reflection off the phone showed an aggressive aura clouded behind me.
