As the morning sunlight streamed through the college corridors, Bondita hurriedly made her way to Anirudh's cabin, her heart pounding with nervousness. She stopped abruptly outside his door, taking a deep breath to calm herself before mustering the courage to knock.

Inside the cabin, Anirudh's face lit up with a knowing smile as he heard Bondita's knock. He rose from his chair, eager to greet her, and opened the door with a gentle smile, his eyes softening at the sight of her flushed cheeks.

"What's it mind, sunshine?" Anirudh asked, his tone warm and inviting.

Bondita's cheeks turned an even deeper shade of red at the endearing nickname. She shyly glanced at Anirudh before lowering her gaze. "Uhm.. sir.. I, um, need the notes for the day I was absent," she stammered nervously.

Anirudh chuckled softly, finding her flustered state endearing. "Of course, sunshine . Come in," he said, stepping aside to let her enter. As Bondita hesitantly stepped inside, Anirudh closed the door behind her

Bondita's heart skipped she couldn't help but feel a flutter of anticipation. Gathering her courage, she finally asked, "Why did you call me sunshine?"

Anirudh moved closer to her, his gaze warm and tender. "Because you are my sunshine, Bondita," he replied softly, his voice filled with sincerity. "Do you mind if I call you that?"

Bondita's blush deepened, but she couldn't hide the smile that tugged at her lips. "Yes... uh, no, sir," she replied, her words slightly muddled by her nervousness.

Anirudh's smile widened at her response, and he turned to retrieve the notes file from his desk. "I've already arranged the notes for you. Here you go," he said, handing her the file.

"Thank you, sir," Bondita said gratefully, accepting the notes.

Anirudh smiled warmly. "You're welcome, sunshine," he replied, his eyes twinkling with affection as he watched her leave the room.

Bondita cleared her throat, a hint of determination in her voice. "Don't call me sunshine... I'm Bondita."

Anirudh took a step closer to her, his gaze softening. "I know you're Bondita, but still, I'll call you sunshine," he replied, his tone gentle yet firm.

Bondita nodded slowly, a small smile playing on her lips. "Alright, you can call me whatever you want, but remember, you're my Sir here in college," she said, her voice laced with a touch of playfulness.

Anirudh chuckled at her response. "Fine, I'll only call you sunshine when we're alone, like now," he conceded, his eyes twinkling with amusement.

Bondita nodded in agreement, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment. "Okay, bye, I'm going now," she said hastily, darting out of the room and leaving Anirudh chuckling softly in her wake.

As she disappeared down the corridor, Anirudh couldn't help but smile at her endearing nervousness, feeling grateful for the lighthearted moment they shared.
