Leonora
After my brother left with Twinkle and Gene, I stood by myself in the dungeons. Ruby didn't like me at all, so I had no reason to pay a visit. I ended up returning to my chambers. By the time I got there and looked outside from my window, the Chameleon was already gone.
Ugh, so boring... Why does he get to do everything? Alexander gets to travel, to see the world, to live life to the fullest AND on top of that, he gets the throne?! That's not fair!I looked down at the courtyard, knights training and ladies talking to each other. There was something purple in the horizon, but it was boring to just watch purple lights, so I stayed focused on something else.
Ruby
"Bastards, that's what they are! Leaving me behind! I don't care if Franz called them, I'm not supposed to get left behind! Bastards..!", I thought, over and over again, the minutes after I watched my friends go. I was so mad that I could've started biting the door like a hungry shark, but I didn't.
I noticed something moving beneath my hat, so I quickly took it off. I thought it was gonna be a rat, but no...
--Alien!--I think I had never been that happy to see him--. Why didn't you go with the others? The Lost World is your homeland after all, did you stay because of me?
He quickly jumped to the ground, he was really nervous and I saw his ears shaking like a boat that just got hit. He started yelling in that strange language I can't understand, making exaggerated movements.
--Woah, calm down buddy, I can't understand a word...
Alien looked at me for a second, then started jumping, facing the door. He turned around and then made a stabbing motion on his own stomach. I still didn't fully understand, but if he meant that there was any danger, then I had to act up, with or without my friends.
--Alright, got it. We're getting out of here--. I grabbed Alien and threw him out of the cell by the little window with bars it has on the door--. Go get the keys!
I nervously waited for him, until my tiny companion opened the door, carrying my saber.
--You're amazing, little guy--. I told him, as I took my saber. I noticed a knocked out knight on the ground, some distance from both of us. Alien never fails to amaze me. I kneeled next to him and he jumped to my head, climbing into my hat. I ran up the stairs, not knowing what I was about to face.

The atmosphere in the courtyard had radically changed in a moment. There was a huge commotion now. Many purple and blue creatures were attacking knights that were easily ten times their size, but the knights were not trained to face such tiny threats! I was about to leave my chamber, to look for my father, but the second I stepped outside, I heard Sir Gareth's running steps and his voice:--Your Highness, do not leave your room! I shall guard it with my life, do not worry.
I obeyed, which I wouldn't have done under normal circumstances, since I don't like to be told what I have to do. But this time, I have to confess that I was terrified. I closed my window and sat on my bed. Thinking in total silence is not really one of my hobbies, but the worry I felt for my brother overpowered me that time. He had gone to the Lost World, the exact same place that was home to the creatures seizing the castle. I got lost in thought, disconnected from reality.
???
Kingsland. Our first stop, due to one of us already knowing the land like the palm of her hand. And I already know where to find pure blood here. I walk through the hallway, all by myself, as my equals cause mayhem within the castle's territory. I know exactly where I am headed, they are but a momentary distraction. I finally reach the door I am looking for, it is guarded by none other than Sir Gareth, a face I still remember. He does not remember mine, as he stares at me angrily and deems me an intruder.
--Wicked witch, stay away from the princess' chambers! You are not welcome in these lands!--. He threatens me by unsheathing his sword, but my expression does not change. One swing of my staff is all it takes to blow him away and make him hit the wall. He keeps shouting, trying everything in his power to intimidate me. It will not work, all obstacles shall be purged.

A loud crash takes me out of my thinking state. I heard Gareth's pained groans and it scared me. The door opened slowly, and I stood up, trying to find where to hide. When I looked at the door again, it was already opened. Familiar eyes met mine.
--Eloise?--I muttered. It had to be her, those eyes were not easy to forget. At least for me. She had changed so much: her hair was now short, purple. She held a golden staff, the end of which shone with a purple colour. I saw that her hands had gone completely black. I thought they were gloves at first...
--No--. She answered, looking at me with the most neutral and empty expression I've ever seen--. Eloise is long gone, dead. I am Scelesta, the one who seeks the truth.
She stepped closer, but Gareth charged against her, trying to keep her away from me.
Gareth (wasn't expecting to write anything from this man's pov tbh)
Catching them off guard is the most important thing to take into account when fighting a sorcerer. The second most important thing to do is direct as many of the hits to whichever side she uses to hold the source of her magic. It's basic royal chivalry, and that's also the reason why I went for the left this time. I hit her with the weight of my body and armour, making her fall to the ground. I see her magic device roll in the floor.
Now that she's unarmed, it'll be easier to fullfil my duty.I must protect the royal crown, and that includes the young lady standing at the other side of the room. Even if I have to draw my sword against a former protégé of these lands. I direct an attack from my sword to her stomach, but lady Évêque is faster than I remember, as she dodges it quickly. She advances, not even getting up, trying to grasp her weapon again. I kick her arm so she doesn't get to it. For some reason, it's freezing cold, I can feel it even with the thick layer of armour I'm wearing. Princess Leonora reachs to the staff, maybe thinking of moving it further from the witch, but I can't allow her to run the risk of getting hurt with it.
--Do not touch that, Your Highness!
I was only distracted for a second, but the filthy witch had enough in that split second to get up and run to her weapon.
Leonora (CONTENT WARNING, IMMA SPILL BLOOD OOPS)
She took her staff from the ground and hit Gareth's head with it, making him fall on his back to the ground. Before he even had time to get up, Eloi- I mean, Scelesta raised her staff vertically above his chest as he yelled "You witch!" and then...
The non purple end of the scepter pierced through Sir Gareth's armour as if the metal was just a piece of thin silk.
"No, please. Not another loss." I thought to myself as I watched the blood stain the floor and drip from Scelesta's weapon. She repeated the stabbing, but this time his head took the hit. The cracking sounds his skull produced made me feel nauseous. It wasn't long before he stopped moving completely.
I wanted to scream, but my throat was completely empty. I needed to get out of there, but she was standing right in front of the door.--What a shame that this is not the purest blood I can obtain in this chamber--. She whispered, staring menacingly at me.
Scelesta started to walk towards me, while I felt I was about to puke.
This cannot be the end of a princess like me, I refuse!
Chapters will get longer from here on, since yk the action has (FINALLY) started :D
PS: I CAN FINALLY STOP WRITING "???" EVERY TIME I USE SCELESTA'S POV AS IF I HADN'T TOLD HALF OF Y'ALL HER NAME ALREADY WOHOOO
