Warm coffee and a lot of stress. That's all Miko managed to feel all evening. Three months had passed since Miko had been discharged. But now it was two days till school starting. She was obviously very nervous since she hadn't attended school since her second year of junior high.

Miko jumped as a soft petal of the cherry blossom tree fell in her hair. She laughed a little before taking it out and continued walking. Cherry Blossom season was underway and the view from her window couldn't even describe how beautiful it was compared to in person. The cute couples, young students and stray cats all enjoyed this time of year. She crouched down as a stray cat who pawed at her shoes.

As kids, she used to be a magnet for cats. No matter where they would go, the cats always followed her and get cozy in her arms. Sae always had to tell her she couldn't bring them home and she always got teary eyed when leaving them alone. Rin and Sae used to joke around that she was some cat whisperer and she quite enjoyed the name.

Miko sighed as she stepped into the rather empty train. She had been shopping for stuff for school and the exhaustion and stress was coming back bite her. She enjoyed picking new clothes and school supplies but she missed being able to go with her brothers.

Currently, Rin was at soccer practice while Sae was in Europe  playing as a professional midfielder. She frowned a little as the stared outside. Something, she didn't know what, had changed between them. Maybe it was just apart of growing up, but Sae was distant and slightly aloof to them. Rin also acted annoyed and shut down the conversation whenever she tried to talk about him.

If become distant to family was apart of getting older, maybe she never to grow up.

It was stupid and silly but truly she meant it.

As she stepped off the train, she pulled her sweater closer. Despite the warm air, a chilly gust of wind still managed to shutter her. She honestly wondered what school would be like. She absolutely prayed it wouldn't be awful. She genuinely hoped she would be able to make some friends. It was starting to get lonely being inside the house with no one but her stuff animals to talk to.

Suddenly, lost in a train of thought, she crashed into someone.

"Oh shoot I'm so sorry! Ah, please forgive me!" Miko stuttered as she dropped to the ground to clean up everything that fell out of the her bags. Everyone around the pair glared at them before walking around the mess.

"Sorry, sorry! I'll help you clean!" The male voice said and as she looked up, she became a little flustered. The boy was around her age with light pink hair and eyes. The cutest part of his fair was the small braid on the left side of his face.

After they were done cleaning, Miko blushed as she stood. The guy was super cute and blushed while apologizing once more.

"No, it's fine! Please. Just an accident." Miko said before walking away. Eek! He was super cute! She definitely had to tell her mom after getting home.

The most dreaded day had finally come.

School.

Miko sighed while adjusting her hair clip bow one last time. She was so nervous about everything down to the way to bow at affixed on her hair.

"Are you sure it looks good? Seriously I'll make a fool of myself if it's not absolutely perfect."

Rin sighed before continuing to walk, "It looks good, Miko. No one is going to have any problems with you, and if they do you can always tell me so I can deal with them."
