★Body language refers to nonverbal cues
we consciously and subconsciously use to communicate.It includes non-verbal communication

★Generally you may find your friends, family, co-workers or other people around you using hand gestures, muscle movement, facial expressions etc

Body languages is like an insight into a person's soul and one who understands body language well,can easily read and understand people.

★Body language has the following components ~
Hand gestures
Mannerisms
Physics behaviour
Tone of voice
Facial Expressions

★The following is some the common body language and it's meaning~

1)Head tilt ~ Head tilting symbolises interest and understanding.It could be a sign that the person is deeply engrossed in a conversation or thought.

2) Rubbing the nose~ It can symbolise dishonesty in some cases but it can also express nervousness.If a person touches their nose while telling something,it indicates that they may be lying.

3)Fake coughing ~ This is a great reminder that we all had a childhood.Dp you remember covering your mouth when you didn't want to tell something?It happens in adult life too,A few fingers,a palm or even a fist near the mouth helps us not release words that we do not want to say.
Sometimes fake coughing can be expression sarcasm like,"Oh yes, sure"*coughs

4)Crossed arms ~ People who generally cross their arms are avoidant or it could simply mean that a person is rather uncomfortable during the conversation.

5) Immitation ~ Sometimes you may find yourself copying the gestures and movements of the person you're talking to,so what does that mean?It may be a subconscious effect to strengthen your relationship with them.Mirroring helps increase trust and empathy among individuals.

6) leaning ~When you are interested in a conversation or are deep in thought you generally lean forward and may also use your hand as support,on the other hand when you lean backward it can mean that you are relaxed or people also generally lean back while laughing.
