7. Pitch again

It had been awhile since Jack left. The nightmares got through into the tunnels and smashed every egg, crushing every basket made. Barely anything made it, Bunny only managed to save very few eggs.

"Bunny..." Y/N said softly, kneeling beside him and he crouched over and mourned. The kids had stopped believing in him Once they found no eggs.

She shared a worried glance with Tooth as she approached Bunny as well.

"Jack, Where were you?!"

Y/N heard North speak and she immediately looked over before quickly jogging over.
"Jack !" Tooth yelled as she and Y/N ran towards them.

Y/N was looking at Hack in concern before Tooth gasped. "Where did you get that?!"

Y/N looked back to see Jack carrying a golden tube in his hand. His tooth box.

Y/N looked from his hand, to his face.
"I was- it's-"

"Where's baby tooth?!" Tooth panicked, when Jack didn't reply Tooth gasped again and backed up. "Oh Jack.. what have you done?!"

"That is why you weren't here? You were with Pitch?!" Norths voice started to raise and he balanced himself on his swords.

"No listen listen!" He looked between the three of them. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean for this to happen!"

"What did happen?" Y/N aksed softly, referring to Pitch.
It was weird cause she couldn't understand exactly what she was feeling.

"He has to go."

Y/N looked past Jack to see Bunny had spoken.

"What?"

"We should have never of trusted you!" Bunny's raised his voice angrily, holding out his hand as if he was about to punch Jack.

Jack flinched and Y/N had quickly stood between them before she could think of what she was doing. "Bunny relax." She whisper-scolded softly, holding down his fist before looking back to Jack, seeing that he had backed away and was slightly panting sorrowfully.

"Easter is... new beginnings, new life.. Easter's about hope, and now it's gone." He said more calmly now, turning away in sadness.

Hurt, and worried for what he had done, Jack turned around to look at North and Tooth. But when they quickly turned away it was like another jab in the chest for Jack.

The last person he turned to was Y/N. She didn't flinch away from him, she just had a look of Pity on her face.
Odd. But he didn't question it right now.

He dropped something on the ground then took off.

Y/N let out a small sigh, until she spotted the thing he dropped. A long golden box.

Tilting her head, she went over and grabbed it.

"Is that..?" Tooth spoke as she looked over Y/Ns shoulder.

"My memories!" Y/N said in shock, sharing a look with Tooth.

Jack ran towards the edge of the iceberg, ready to throw away his memories.

"Jack!"

Jack looked to see Y/N calling. But it didn't matter anymore, so he went to throw them away again but he hesitated.

"Jack." Y/N said again, now closer to him and standing by him.

"What do you want." He said defeatedly.

"What are you doing?!" She questioned him, somewhat scoldingly. "Don't throw them away."

"It's why I messed up everything."
