The gryffindor common room was full of people, as was usual in such an afternoon. The rain clattered against the window, and I listened to it as I stared outside. It was soothing, the rain, especially against the white noise the chatting of the other student created.
Remus excused himself as he got up, leaving me alone to confinue to stare. I sighed and tried to focus on the book on my lap. I just couldn't, Christmas was drawing near. So was a full moon. I knew Lily was near to telling on us to Professor McGonagall and everything was close to going wrong. It sucked to not be able to think of something to help it, any of it. And I didn't want to leave Hogwarts.

"Pst!" I glanced away from the window tiredly. Suddenly I shocked up. Two red heads, one with green eyes and one with more blue ones (barely noticeable) equal of hight and smile, were two Gryffindor students.
"First year!"

I glanced around, noticing I must be the one they meant.
"Yeah?" I closed the book on my lap, "What can I help you with?"

"Help us?" One of the twins said, "You hear that Gideon?"

"I do, Fabian, she thinks we need her help."

I blinked.
"Well, why else would you be annoying me on this..." my eyes glanced at the grey clouds outside and held in my words, "afternoon?"

"We," Fabian gestured to Gideon and himself, "Want to help you."

I raised an eyebrow.
"How so?"

"You and your icle first year friends, you did that prank right?" Gideon asked as his more green eyes sparkled.

Fabian spoke up before I could deny it. "We, the Prewett twins, are in our Newt year."

"That means seventh and final year," Gideon added as he pointed up a finger.
I raised an eyebrow as I listened.

"And," Fabian went on, "We need students to keep up the chaos at Hogwarts."

"It's a necessary thing," Gideon said, "To continue on the mischief."

"And," Fabian added, "We choose you and your friends."

"Okay," I nodded slowly as I thought. My eyes glanced outside and I decided we all could use another laugh, "So... you do need my help."

"Er," Gideon frowned, "We didn't say that—"

"You need my help to continue on the mischief, and, I suppose, to convince my mates to do the same."

"No need to convince them, I mean, why not, right?" Fabian said with a slight frown.

"The point is," Gideon waved his hand as though to wave the subject I brought on away, "We shall help you and your friends with your next prank."

I considered, but a smile sprung onto my face. Reason was lost as I thought about how exciting it would be.
"I'm in."

"Absolutely not!"

"What?" James frowned at Sirius as though he said flipendo was a curse (which is wrong, it's a jinx), "Why not?"

The breakfast table on that Monday morning was rather depressive. It was as though they saw what was to come.

Remus poked his sandwich with distaste as he concidered his words. Sirius just glared at his food, seemingly anxiously awaiting something.
I crossed my arms and leaned back as far as the bench allowed me to do so safely. I didn't like the argument, the annoying vibe.
Remus sighed and spoke up.
"I think I'm on Sirius' side here, it's not smart to do it. Lily is already—"
