Shivaay walked in the silent corridor on the second floor. He blinked when he saw the lights of the guest room turned on. They had guests coming over? Why did nobody inform him? Frowning he made his way to the room wondering who it could be.

"Billu." He stopped in his tracks and turned to face the grandmother. "Dadi, the guestroom—" he was confused. Did they have a guest coming over? Kalyani's face stiffened slightly. "My cousin is coming over." She interrupted. Shivaay nodded in understanding. I was worried for nothing, I guess.

"Alright." He left for his own room. Kalyani turned towards the door. Annika was peaking from behind the doors, she nodded at her.

Shivaay frowned, what was happening in the house? He sighed. There were many things waiting for him the next day in the office. He had to make preparations to welcome Annika in the office. He was feeling giddy. Unable to control his smile he sat up. He ain't getting any sleep tonight. You don't know how long I have been waiting for this. Longing for this. Earlier I may have been foolish, Ani. But I am not letting this chance go from my hands.

The next morning, Shivaay had the office over his head. The staff was running here and there adjusting and cleaning. And wondering over who was coming that their boss was fussing. Mishra rubbed his forehead in frustration. It was just morning and they were already losing their minds because of him. He looked at Khanna who had collapsed in the couch in exhaustion and sighed sympathetically. His eyes then took in the hyperactive form of his boss, he was behaving like a little kid who was eager to show his drawing to his mother.

"Sir? Everything's ready?" Shivaay pursed his lips examining the office. And before he could say anything. Mishra interrupted him very loudly. Everything needs to be perfect. She shouldn't be in any discomfort under his watch. I hope you like this Ani.

"Everything's alright sir!" Mishra screamed. Shivaay got startled. "Mishra?" He asked astonished, the man looked at him apologetically. He was in disbelief. Seriously, who was she that Shivaay was fretting over. He had the room reorganized for six time since the morning and it's only seven now. The office doesn't began until eight. He yawned slightly, he used to woner that did his boss ever sleep? Now he is damn sure that he didn't, and neither did he want him asleep, that must be the reason why he was called at the office at four o'clock in the morning.

Shivaay looked at the office , frowning slightly. Was everything okay? Will Annika like the setup he had specifically designed for her? He had the most classic and well constructed furniture delivered to her cabin the previous day. Even better than the furniture that he had in his own. He had the bouquets of her favourite flowers prepared.  A hamper of her favourite chocolates and snacks from what he could remember, she always had the sweet tooth. He checked everything properly. He set the room with his own hands with Khanna and Mishra there to assist him.

"Sir, you should go back and get ready. I will take it from here." Shivaay frowned and he looked down at suit. Mishra was half asleep that he didn't notice that Shivaay was already dressed for the day. "This doesn't look alright?" He asked confused. Mishra immediately disagreed but he was already waking up Khanna who has fallen asleep on the couch placed there. Everything needs to be perfect. Do I look okay? What if she doesn't remember me? No. That will not happen. Right?

"I'll go get ready." And before Mishra could stop him, he already left. And before he left, he adjusted the flowers position a bit but hearing Mishra's groan he rushed out.

It was nearly the time and Shivaay was tapping his foot nervously checking his watch time to time as Mishra filled him about the day. He shook his head as he noticed Shivaay wasn't paying attention to any words that he had been saying. He was called downstairs and he excused himself, his boss didn't even pay attention to that either.
