Mary reported something and brought everyone to the meeting room.
"Where?" Everyone asked
"Someone drank all of the juice, and then put the bottle back in the fridge... empty." Mary explained, to which everyone gasped then began to chuckle, except for Elijah and Valerie. "Yeah, okay! That was me. I was just proud of it and wanted to tell you guys." Mary explained
"Nice one." Micah nodded, "Hey, anyone who know the crewmates are?"
"No." A collection of people said
"I'm sorry, THE crewmate?" Elijah elaborated
"Yeah, there are nine imposters and two crewmates." Josiah nodded.
"Yeah, gotta get those crewmates." Daniel agreed, to which everyone agreed, except for Elijah and Valerie again
Micah then whispered to Elijah, "The yearly clean out went bad so now it's what Shiloh said."
Elijah awkwardly laughed, "I knew that."
Judah gasped and pointed to Brittany, who wore the same leaf hat as he did, "Your hat stinks."
"Okay so. Does anybody-." Brittany began
"You look like a giant tomato." Judah continued
"Judah, we're all imposters. So I chose the evilest thing I could imagine." Brittany explained
"A tomato? The evilest thing you could imagine was a tomato?"
"No, Judah. I'm you."
"I'm not a tomato."
"Anyway, let's skip!" Micah skipped, and so did everyone else
Shiloh began to hand out the task sheets and explain the rules. Valerie looked over the task sheet to memorise it, then ripped it up and walked off. She walked into a room and picked up a pen, where she proceeded to write her tasks on her arm under her sleeve.
"Valerie!" Elijah ran into the room and shut the door, "I need to talk to you."
"Talk to Micah. He's the one sorting out the programming." Valerie mumbled, starting a task in that room: wiping down the table.
Elijah went silent, then he sighed, "So, you know?"
"What does it mean?" Valerie put down the cloth and turned to Elijah
"Okay, it's going to be hard to explain to you here. But if we bring you with us, I can explain everything." Elijah told her, "I can explain the rifts, the code, the Raelos, all of it."
"If I ask someone else, will they say the same thing?" Valerie asked
"Well..." Elijah sighed, "When someone becomes an imposter in this Raelos, they loose all recognition of it, their only task is to stop the crewmates. But if we win this round, we can fix it all!"
She sighed and nodded, "Okay, I trust you."
The two walked past multiple imposters sabotaging things, and Valerie had to drag Elijah past quite a few of them.
"This is way more stressful than going to the dentist." Elijah leaned against a wall once they were away from the others
"I wouldn't know." Valerie glared at him then clicked download on an iPad for one of her tasks
"And I'm sorry about that. But all will be explained when we get through the Arxis, all will be okay." Elijah reminded her
"Will I know why I'm like is? Or where I'm from?" She looked over at him
