The Strange Adventures on the Boiling Isles (The Owl House x Male Reader)

S03E01: Thanks to Them

Picking up from where the last episode left off, the screen is shown black. King's voice is then heard.

KING (VOICEOVER): Luz. Y/N. I'm so happy I had you two as a big brother and sister.

Cut to Luz, Amity, Willow, Gus, Hunter, and Y/N getting launched from the Demon Realm to the abandoned house the Human Realm, all landing on their backs.

LUZ: No!

Luz and Y/N run back towards the door.

Y/N: King!

They attempt to reach the portal, but the door closes on them just as they reach it. Y/N opens it, hoping the portal will activate again, only to find the empty room of the house in front of them. Luz opens it two times unsuccessfully, as the others look on in shock. Luz and Y/N turn around, just as Gus begins to break down crying.

Meanwhile, inside the Noceda residence, Camila is in the kitchen cooking soup for a hungry Vee while reading a news article about Anne Boonchuy. Both then suddenly hear a knock on the door. Camila opens it and gasps in shock to find the six teens (with Y/N covering his third eye with his bandana) looking disheveled out in the rain, as Luz looks up at her.

LUZ: Hey, Mom. I'm back.

Luz starts tearing up.

Camila looks at her daughter and gives her a warm embrace, with both shown crying.

???: We should bring the kids in. 

Y/N's eyes widened and gasped, recognizing the voice. Slowly appearing at the front door was now other than Y/N's father, Dr. Strange.

DR. STRANGE: We don't want them to catch a cold, now do we?

Y/N: Dad. 

DR. STRANGE: I think we need to talk.

Y/N: I couldn't agree more.

Cut to inside the house

Luz, Willow, Gus, Amity, Hunter, Camila, and Vee stand a few inches away from the table with Y/N sitting on one end while Dr. Strange sitting on the other end, with both of them having a cup of warm tea in their hands. Dr. Strange took a sip of tea before speaking.

DR. STRANGE: I suppose you have a lot of questions for me.

Y/N: How about we start with where were you and why did you say I was with you, even though I was not?

DR. STRANGE: For the where I just got back from a little trip with Miss Chavez.

Y/N: Who?

DR. STRANGE: A girl around your age.

Y/N: So you two have been traveling the world or something?

DR. STRANGE: More like the Multiverses. 

Everyone but Camila and Vee were shocked to hear that Dr. Strange was traveling to different universes.

Y/N: Which explains why I couldn't get a hold of you when me and Luz were in that weird dimension. You weren't in this Universe. 

DR. STRANGE: Exactly. And to why, I couldn't exactly tell people my son was in the Demon Realm.

AMITY: Excuse me, Mr. Strange, but how did you know Luz and Y/N were in the Demon Realm?

DR. STRANGE: Oh, I know about Luz and Y/N entering the Demon Realm at the start of summer.

Y/N: So that story about my plane being diverted...

DR. STRANGE: Untrue. 

AMITY: Again, how?
