Enid was woken up by a slap on her face first she thought maybe Wednesday did it

"what is it wends? " she asked and she sat up, then realized Wednesday was gone, and thing was tried to tell her something but it was too fast she didn't understand

"slow down thing" then she finally understood what he said

'Wednesday, trouble, forest, help her"Enid immediately got out of bed with thing in her hand, she ran outside,

thing showing her the way, it was pitch black outside, she could barely see anything, after a few minutes of running she finally found

Wednesday laying on the ground in a pool of blood, looking lifeless, she kneeled next to her, she still had a pulse

"come on Wednesday, please baby you can't leave me!"Enid started sobbing, then she realized it maybe not too late picked up Wednesday and run back to nevermore,

" help someone help!" She shouted and a few people came to her and called the ambulance, it arrived in a couple of minutes

they took Wednesday to the hospital, Enid watched them drove away, she collapsed on the ground, crying

she was scared to lose Wednesday, she loved her too much

Everyone was told to go back their rooms, principal Weems told Enid that she called her parents and that they on their way, and Larissa offered to take Enid to the hospital so she could be with Wednesday as soon as she wake up, and Enid thanked her

They were sitting in a car when

"what happened out there?" Principal Weems asked, Enid looked out the window, fidgeting with her fingers

" I don't know, I found her in that state, laying on the ground bleeding"

a tear falling from her eye, Larissa just nodded and continued driving,

after 20 minutes they arrived, the nurse told them to wait in the waiting room, Enid was pacing around, she couldn't sit still, she's been told Wednesday is in surgery, it's been 2hours since they arrived,

and still no news, nothing, Enid was lost in her thoughts when she saw Mortica, Gomez and Pugsley arrived

" where is she?"Mortica asked in a worried voice

"she's still in surgery" they all looked terrified

Enid walked over to them

"What happened? " Gomez asked her and Enid looked at him

"I don't know, thing came to me and told me she was in danger, when I found she was on the ground bleeding" Enid explained what happened, Gomez was about to say something when the doctor came out

"How is out little girl? " Mortica asked

And the doctor looked at her and said

"Shes okay for now, the surgery was a success, she is now in a coma but she can wake up anytime, and of course the family can go and see her" they all looked relived, and they went after the doctor but they stopped Enid

"I'm sorry only the family can go in" Enid looked sad and confused she was about to say something when Mortica

"she can come in she is family"

Enid heart melted at this sentence and the doctor let her in, she went next to Wednesdays bed and she holded her hand

Enid had fallen asleep in a chair next to her because how tired she was she just couldn't keep her eyes open,

Moritica, Gomez and Pugsley stayed awake and waited for Wednesday to wake up,

"oh Gomez, it's so painful to see our daughter in this statement"

Mortica said and he holeded Gomez hand,

"I know cara mia I know, but she's going to get better" Gomez spoke as he watched his daughter laying completely still, an hour later

Wednesday started to wake up she opened her eyes and she saw her parents and Pugsley standing in front of her, when Mortica saw that Wednesday woke up, she rushed to her side

"Wednesday your awake"

she said in a relived voice, enid was still asleep

"where is enid? " the first thing came to her mind was Enid, Mortica stepped away so she could see that Enid was okay, and that she's sleeping

"What happened my little scorpion?" Gomez asked her as he walked closer to her

"I was about to solve a case but the hyde was faster than me" Wednesday explained to her parents

"I'm glad your okay Wednesday" Pugsley spoke Wednesday looked at him

"shut up Pugsley" she said and that woke up Enid

she opened her eyes and saw that Wednesday was awake and talking she immediately stood up and walked next to her

she holded Wednesday's hand, and to her parents surprise Wednesday didn't pulled her hand away, they were really happy to see her daughter in love

"Your okay"

Enid spoke with tears in her eyes, and with a smile on her face

"Yes I'm okay don't worry"

Wednesday said as she looked up at her, trying to sit up but the pain was too much she failed

"good,what the hell were you thinking?! Going out there alone?!

You almost died!"

Enid said in a kind of angry tone

"I wasn't alone I had thing with me"

she said as she looked at thing

"no Offence thing, but he's not much of help, we'll talk about this later"

Enid said and she leaned down to give a quick kiss to Wednesday

"Mother I think you can go now, I have Enid with me I'll be fine"

Wednesday said, her mother nodded and they said goodbye, then walked out of the room

"Enid remember when I told you about my vision? "

Enid nodded

"I went out last night to prevent my vision from happening, I couldn't take the thought of losing you, and when I was on the ground bleeding out, the my surrounding were the exact same as they were in my vision, and that's when I realized that I succeeded, that your not going to die, because I save you, I felt relived, I knew it that you were safe "

Wednesday explained what exactly happened last night and why she did it,

"but why did you go alone we could've go together or with more people, I almost lost you Wednesday, and you promised me that I'm not going to lose you"

Enid said on the edge of crying

"Come here," Wednesday said as she hardly scooted over on the bed so Enid could lay down

she took off her shoes and very carefully layed next to Wednesday trying not to hurt her, Wednesday put her arm around Enid,

It didn't take much for both of them to fall asleep since both of them were exhausted from the events from last night.
