Nika - Are you a firefighter? You told me you worked with kids?
Elijah - I lied, I'm sorry.
Nika - But, why..?
Elijah - You know it's not easy to talk about our jobs on meeting apps.
Nika - I know, but you could've told me when we started dating. I mean, it's not that serious but still.
Elijah - I know, I'm sorry. I didn't think it was relevant to tell you about my job.
Nika - It's okay. (Why does he look so hot in his firefighter uniform...?)
Elijah - Let's not talk about me, how are you? Are you okay?
Nika - Yes, thankfully my dad got us out of the house really quickly.
Elijah - I was really worried when I saw your house burning down, I thought something happened to you.
He hugged her tightly.
Nika - I'm good, thank you for worrying.
Elijah - I can't stay with you, but call me later, okay?
Nika - Good.
Elijah joined the other firefighters.
Dad - Girls, I called Kanye, he agreed to have us in his house. We are going to live there for a while.
They went to Kanye's house.
Kanye - I'm sorry to hear what happened to you, you can stay here.
Dad - Thank you so much, brother.
Kanye showed them the different rooms. The dad took one, Celine and Nika took another together. They changed and lay on the bed.
Celine - This was such a weird moment to live.
Nika - Yeah, my eyes are still burning from the smoke.
Celine - What do you think happened?
Nika - Maybe my dad forgot to turn off the oven.
Celine - Yes, probably. And did you know about Elijah being a firefighter?
Nika - No, not really. I was surprised too.
Celine - He didn't tell you!?
Nika - I mean, if he wasn't comfortable talking about his jobs, I'm not going to force him.
Celine - You're such a good person, I would've thrown a tantrum.
Nika - Stop talking nonsense.
They laughed at Celine's tantrum comment then went to sleep.
Nika woke up 2 hours later, unable to sleep. She went to the kitchen downstairs to get a glass of water and heard someone behind her. It was March.
Nika - What are you doing here? Are you following me?
March - You're in my house so I'm the one who should ask you that.
Nika rolled her eyes.
Nika - If we didn't come here, we'd be sleeping on the streets.
March - I was joking, I know what happened to your house. I'm sorry for what happened.
Nika - It really scared me, now I can't sleep.
March - If you want, you can come to my room. I can share my bed and nothing is going to happen.
At this moment, Nika felt something. She felt like her body was burning from inside and kept staring at him while he was waiting for her answer.
March - So..?
The adrenaline took over her, she fell into March's arms and kissed him, putting her arms around his neck. March kissed her back, hands on her waist. The kiss was getting intense. They went to March's room and made love. After they finished, they were both naked on the bed, breathing heavily.
Nika - This meant nothing, okay?
March - Why are you so scared to tell me you're in love with me?
Nika - Because of what you did to me. I admit, I have feelings for you, but I don't think I can trust you.
March came closer to her and whispered in her ear.
March - Who said we have to date to hook up?
Nika looked at him, then smiled. She sat on top of him and started to ride him.
