CHAPTER 17

This chapter going to be long so I thought that it would be good if I make two parts of it and maybe you'll like it.  This wedding is going to bring two more couples close. Any ideas? No right so let's get into story and find out.

DARSH POV

I'm getting married today, yeah little did I know that I would get married today but with a girl with who I didn't even talk or see but the girl I'm marrying today, she is a pull to whom I'm gravitated towards. I just get pulled by her, and the funny part is she doesn't know yet. I'll try my 100% to show I like her, I want to be with her, her presence makes me feel lighter. I want to see were this will go between us, and for sure I want to take it still we became gray and old.

"Bro, where are you? Come to earth. Today you're getting married we need you here not in some board meeting." It was Adi making me distract from work. I was planning a negotiation term for Bangalore branch project. Yeah before thinking about Vritika.

"Chal bhai ready hoja sab almost ready hogaye hai tu he bacha hai." When I looked at him, he was ready more like over ready.

"Shadi meri hai, tujhe kyu ethani excitement hori hai?" I got up from the couch and kept my laptop inside the bag. My luggage was almost packed we'll be leaving tonight itself. But Vritika's family will go tomorrow. We came this morning to the hotel where we were staying at first.

Removing my sherwani from the closet I started to change into it. It was so simple, classic and at the same time comfortable. It was sent by Vritika from New York; It was a gift for her jiju who is going to be her husband now the irony isn't lost, God what a tragedy. I was wearing my watch when Dhruv entered the room. He came to me and hugged tightly, and I saw tears in his eyes it was kind of happiness for him too.

"Bus karo yaar mai vidha hoke nai jaara, balki mai Vritika ko vidha kar k laraha hu." Now adi also came to me and hugged me. "Hamare bina group hug horaha hai?" It was Roohi.

"Bhai this isn't fair." And here comes my little sister Aliya. After a group hug, we all went down. There was my family waiting for us. All were ready and they were looking at me with so many emotions and maybe one of the reasons is because I'm the eldest and it's first marriage of our family.

"Kisi ki Nazar na lage." My mom said while doing aarthi. "Raichand's men are handsome bhabhi what can we do know." It was chachu. And all laughed.

"Chalo chalo aab bus karo aab mujhe bhi dekhne dho mere pothe ko." It was my dadi she caresses my cheek.

"Beta kush raho aur meri umar bhi laag jaye thujhe."

"DADI!!!" she chuckled.

"Aap ko tho mere bacho ko bhi dekh na hai yese baath math karo" it just came out of my mouth.

"CHALO CHALO AAB BUS. EMOTIONS ZADA HOGAYA EK DIN K LIYE" It was adi. This idiot really doesn't know the timing.

After pooja all got ready and in blink of eye I was on the horse, and everyone was dancing. We were almost near the resort. When we entered the gate and their everyone were waiting for us. Vritika's Dadi was waiting for me on the threshold with pooja ki thal. And I can see everyone but Vritika, OfCourse she was in her room. We went through the hall to garden where the mandap and sitting area was there. My soon to be father-in-law engaged me in a conversation which I was certainly not interested in. I was facing the balcony where I had my best memory, will I get glimpses of her? I wish God, am I sounding desperate. At very moment I see her something typing on her phone soon enough the two eyes clashed with mine. Did I somehow summon her. She looked like an angel have fallen from heaven. But within seconds she was dragged by her friend I guess she was about wave her hand to me? but she was dragged and here, I was still with this old folk who was giving me advice on business.
