Chapter 3

"Which room is veebha in?" I ask her

"In hers, mhm if you are gong up there do you wanna bring snacks for them?"

"No"

I run up the stairs and walk to veebha's room, I heard a few noises but I don't let my head make up stories, I trust her, she wouldn't be doing whatever it is that my head is thinking off

I knock on her door and the noises stop for a second until I knock again.

"NANDINI GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE" I hear her yell shocking me a little

i have never in our 6 months of officially dating heard her screaming at Nandini like that. She always shows how much she loves Nandini, there was this one time I yelled at Nandini and she instantly comforted her so this is weird.

I knock again and this time I heard a groan. It wasn't her groaning, it was a guy and I know that kind of groan.

"I SWEAR TO GOD NADNINI! I DO NOT WANT SNACKS, FUCK OFF OR I SWEAR YOU ARE NOT GETTING FOOD FOR DAYS" she screams

What the hell?

Instead of barging into the room, I jog downstairs to the kitchen and find nandini still sitting on the dinning table with paint brushes, paint, canvases around herself.

"Get up" I order making her look up

"Huh?"

"Who is that room with veebha?" I ask

"I told you, I don't remember his name but they study together"

"How often does he come over?"

I was hoping she doesn't say what my head was circulating, I was fucking hoping because if it happens I will lose my shit

"Mhm I don't know" she chews on her lips

"Nandini I asked you something, how often does he come here?"

"I don't count the times he shows up, who cares? They are studying anyways right"

"Are you dumb? Or is this something you and her have planned?"

"Planned? What are you talking about?"

"She is there with a guy, her door is locked and you are telling me he comes here often to 'study', do you think I am stupid?"

"But she said she studies" she whispers innocently

"Get up" I say grabbing her arm

I pick her up and off the table placing her on her feet, grabbing her arm I lead her up

"Knock" I whisper to her

She shakes her head with fear in her eyes

"Knock" I repeat

"Please" she whispers

she is scared!

What the hell is she scared?

i knock and nandini grabs my arm trying to run but I stop her

"NANDINI YOU LITTLE BITCH" veebha screams

this is so weird and different

I have never seen veebha like this, she has never used swear words in front of me

footsteps were heard before the door smacks open and nandini hides her face in my side since my hand on hers was stopping her from leaving

Veebha's face turns white as a ghost, it literally looked like blood had been drained from her body. she had a shirt on and now I wouldn't think anything of it but the fucking hickey on her neck was definitely not hiding anything
