[Sorry if my last message confused you. I meant there is one more chapter and I have been debating on the ending for a while because I wanted to make it really good. Enjoy :)]

Jesse wiped his brow with the back of his hand. He was sweating not just because of the heat but he was afraid of what his parents would say. He knew they wouldn't remember. My parents weren't even in Australia. They probably had no kids as well.

"Jesse, you can do this. I'm here with you. They will love you. They always will." I said quietly taking his hand.

He let out a sigh. He took a second to get his breathing straight from being so nervous meeting his parents. He raised his hand to knock but hesitated and looked at me. The door suddenly flew open and there stood his father with his golf equipment slung over his shoulder. Jesse's hand was still midair.

"O... Hello. My do you look familiar. Can I help you with something?" His father asked. "She's not pregnant is she? I mean she doesn't look it but you're not-"

"No dad that's not it. I just wanted to say-" Jesse started to say but was interrupted.

"Wait? Dad? ... I don't have a son." Jesse's father furrowed his brows I confusion.

"Sorry um... I meant to say sir."

Jesse's father looked at him skeptically. "Sure... What can I do for you?"

I could see Jesse struggling to talk. He was so appalled...

"We are actually friends of Clinton. I'm Robyn and this is Jesse." I said.

His father's face lit. "So you were the ones he talked about so much. I knew he couldn't be dreaming up all of this. He thinks I could be your father." He laughed referring to Jesse. "Strange how he would think that. Oh... Excuse my rudeness, please... Do come in." He let us in and called his wife down. We all went into the living room and sat down.

Jesse slung his arm around me and crossed his legs. "We wanted to discuss the location of our dear friend Clinton."

Jesse's father nodded. "Funny story actually... We aren't so sure. We know he is somewhere in Europe. Last we heard from him was a month ago."

"Can I see the card?" I asked.

Jesse's mother fetched it from her pocket and passed it over.

I opened the letter, basically stating he was in search for me. He was starting to give up and he thought maybe I have finally moved on to Jesse, which he claims to have accepted by now, saying its better that he's not found.

"I'm assuming you're the people he's talking about." Jesse's mother said quietly.

Jesse and I both nodded.

"He cares deeply for you both. Jesse, he makes it seem as if you're our son. We know so much about you that he had told us... And Robyn... He is so in love with you. He would do anything for you."

I swallowed the breath I didn't know I was holding.

"Mr. and Mrs. Mann... Please tell me where he is." I said quietly. I knew they were lying to me. They looked so guilty. They looked over to each other.

"He's in Italy... I think... That's where he last sent the card."

Jesse stood. "That is all we needed. Thank you for your time." He pulled me up, grabbing my hand and leading me towards the door.

"Jesse?" His mother called.

Jesse turned. "Please bring my son home... He is the closest I will get to actually having one."
