Lost in the glade -Minho-

As the midday sun beat down on the Glade, I made my way towards the garden, Newt had lent Medjack a bucket earlier, and it was time to return it.

As I approached the familiar patch of greenery, my gaze fell upon Zart, standing near the entrance, his presence sending a shiver down my spine. Zart had always been a bit... off. His unpredictable nature and unsettling demeanor made many in the Glade uneasy, myself included. As I neared him, he turned towards me with a sly grin, his eyes gleaming with an intensity that made my skin crawl."Hey there, Xyliah," he greeted me, his voice dripping with false charm. "What brings you to the garden?"I shifted uncomfortably, trying to mask my unease with a forced smile.

"Just returning this bucket to Newt," I replied, holding up the object in question.Zart's grin widened, and he took a step closer, invading my personal space.

"You know, Xyliah, I've always admired your...looks," he said, his tone laced with a hint of something sinister.

I took a step back, my heart pounding in my chest. "Thanks, Zart, but I really should be going" I stammered, desperate to escape his presence.But Zart seemed undeterred, his eyes boring into mine with an unsettling intensity.

"Don't be like that, Xyliah" he said, his voice taking on a menacing edge. "We're just getting to know each other." With a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach, I turned on my heel and hurried away, the weight of Zart's gaze burning into my back.

Later, during lunch, I walk towards the table and newt sees me "Liyah" he spoke and I look at him "thanks for the bucket back, love" he says and I smile

"of course newtie" he rolled his eyes "stop calling me that" "no" I said as we sat down. We were talking then Minho and Ben came and sat down with us "hey" Nick greets. He smiled "so, anything new?" I ask. He had a small smile appear on his face "no, nothing new yet. Unfortunately" Minho says and I nod and continue eating. I felt minho staring at me "you gonna eat that or keep staring at her?" Newt says and minho playfully hits him. "Did you hear that liyah?" Daniel teased as I looked up "what?" I said. He rolled his eyes "Nevermind"

"liyah convince nick to let us have a day off again" Ben says. "no" Nick said and I giggle "its dying hot but you can make it" I said

"Yeah I'm already sweating, you wanna smell?" Ben says holding up his arm, shoving me his armpit in my face. "EW! NO! sit your ass down!" I shout jokingly pushing him back in his sit.
"LANGUAGE" alby yells from his table, making the boys and I laugh.

"SORRY!" I yell back. "Have you guys ever realize, alby hears our klunk from miles away?" Nick says

"Yeah, its like he's everywhere, listening to everything" I said. And we all laughed.

I felt a sense of unease wash over me once more.
Across the clearing, I spotted Zart making his way towards us, a predatory glint in his eye.

"Hey guys, Xyliah" he greets "Hey, zart?" Jeff was confused cause he's never really talked to them "mind if i sit??"

"Yeah, sure" Nick says. Before I could protest, Zart had taken a seat beside me I shifted uncomfortably in my seat, "so what are y'all talking about" zart says "just about how Daniel can't do his job right" Marcus joked "shut up shank" Marcus says causing me to giggle.

I felt Zart get closer to me and I looked up at minho. He looks at me with a confused look.

"Uh-uhm I-I have to get back to work. I had extra stuff I wanted to get done" I said getting up

"what?" Clint says and I hurried away.
I was walking over to the builders where my brother was. "Hey Liyah" he says "why aren't you at lunch?" I ask. "because these stupid shanks. Can't do nothing Right so I have to do it all. Like this upside down door? How do you even do that??" Gally says stressed.

I couldn't help but giggle at Gally's frustration, his vain in his forehead pops as he ranted about the incompetence of his fellow builders. "Well, it sounds like you've got your hands full," I replied, offering him a sympathetic smile.

"But you know you're the best builder here."
Gally's expression softened at my words, a hint of gratitude flickering in his eyes. "Captian gally" I teased and he snickers.

"Thanks, sis," he said, his voice tinged with appreciation. "I don't know what I'd do without you" he says and I giggle

"you'd be a only child, and bored because I'm so awesome!" I said.

I noticed how fast gally can change my mood. "Come on gal, you need to eat. Let's go" I said and he sighs and follows behind me.

We walk to the kitchen alby and newt were by frypan and fry looks at us. "oh look who it is, thing one and thing two" alby says and I roll my eyes and gally scoffs "what the shuck is thing one and thing two?" Newt says

"cartoon twins. From cat in the hat" "how do you not know what that is?" Fry says.

"What's cat in the hat?"

"Okay fine. Oh look who it is, the trouble twins" alby re says

"But they're not twins"

we all look at newt and he raised his hands in defense "newt. Just go with It" alby says and I laugh. "Whatever. I need to get back to work anyways" he says and newt walks away and motions me to come. I walk to him

"if zart makes you uncomfortable you let me know" I took a second, but nodded "he doesn't newt" "are you sure?" I nodded "yes." He nods "okay. I love you liyah" I smile "love you too newt!" He then walks off.
