It was a very hot day and everyone was exhausted. I found Nick, Alby and Daniel "Don't you think those shorts are to short young lady?" Nick says acting all mom on me "Uh oh. Mama bears gonna have a fit again" Daniel says and nick playfully slapped the back of his head "shut up" he says.
"Guys. Don't you think we should at least have one day off?" "No" Nick says but the other 2 didn't reply
"alby? Danny?" "I don't see why not" Daniel's has with a shrug "no, shouldn't you go be bonding with your 'brother'" Alby says "I would if he wasn't working all the damn time" I said
"Nick let us just have today off" I complain.
"We can't afford a day off" "have you thought about the fact that we are only teenagers?? kids, I know we need to work to survive, but this isn't gonna work, the guys here will get tired of the non stop over work with no reward" I stop talking but Nick doesn't answer.
"Honestly yeah It would a day, and tomorrow the boys will wake up with more energy and even in better moods" alby agreed "this is something that needs to happen once in a while, or there's no point in living" "fine."
"Good thing we have you in charge, Trouble" alby says putting his hand on my shoulder.
I smile and then he called the gathering. I went to go find gally and he was in medjack
"hey Gally" I said with a small smile "hey liyah" "you feeling okay?" I asked him nicely "yeah. I guess"
"We're having a gathering. If you don't wanna go that's okay" I told him. He shakes his head "what is it about" he asks
"we're having a day off" I said "we're having a day off?" I nodded smiling. I pull up a chair and sit down by his bed he was on
"what were they like?" "Hm?" "Our parents" I said.
He looks at me and it took him a minute "our mother was beautiful" he told me. "She looked like you. Just like you" I look at him "really?" He nods "she had my eyes tho." I chuckle "what happened to her?" He shakes his head "I'm not sure liyah" he tells me. I look down thinking about what life was like before this. Or where our mom is down.
"Gally" i spoke and he looks at me "what do I look like??" I asked. I never knew, only got a glimpse of my face from a bucket.
"You have long black hair, your about 5'4 and your eyes are dark brown, your really pretty and you have a scary resting face" I chuckled at that last part "No I do not" I said. he chuckled to "when you were younger you never really got along with any other kids." I look at him "Most of my visions.... It was mostly You" he tells me
"I saw us growing up you know. I taught you how to tie your shoes. And-and how to ride your bike" I felt a tear slip down my face.
He looks at me "I feel like I should remember this" I said as my voice was all wobbly
"it's not your fault. They stole our memory's away" he says.
"I don't know any of my family. Except for you gally" He gives me a small smile "then I guess that's all we have left. Each other" he says.
I nodded and wipe my tears "you sure you don't wanna go to the gathering?" I ask. He nodded "yeah. I'm okay" I nod then left
